I’ve always had good pizza from this particular branch. They’ve also been wonderful with their customer service as well. Just recently I went in one minute before they closed and they cheerfully made me a wonderful pizza. I hadn’t been paying attention and didn’t realize the time when I did realize it, I apologized to them and the lady smiled and said we’re here to serve you it’s not a problem. I was so impressed by the way she spoke to me and with her kindness. We need more people like her.

Where do I start ?, They are always short handed, they don’t acknowledge customer when they walk in the door. Tonight I witness all the guys working had at least a 24 inch ponytail or longer that were flopping around the food while it’s being prepared (just disgusting) for a food prep area. This was the second time I placed an order and waited in my car until the tracker said my order was ready, once inside I waited for 10 plus minutes for my order which was sitting there at least 5 minutes or more after it was ready because everyone was to busy to hand out orders. I was told the tracker thinks the oven is faster than it is, funny because I use other locations that are accurate. They take payments, cash or card then go right back to handling the food without hand washing. I would contact corporate but I don’t even think it wouldn’t make a difference because I know I’m not the first to witness these things and that they are way to comfortable doing what they are doing which indicates they don’t follow any type of protocol or hand washing guidelines. Is it that hard to simply acknowledge a customer when they walk in the door ?, especially if you know their order is not going to be ready when advised ?. Tonight I threw away $8.09 for 10 inch cheese sticks because during my drive home I was discussed by what I witnessed. I would have asked for my money back but that would have taken even more time for a refund I’m sure and ,I don’t like to make a scene. I’ll take it as a lesson learned the hard way and that I did not take a chance on becoming Ill from improper food preparation. Sorry not sorry but I call it the way I see it. I can understand being short handed but you can’t take short cuts when your handling food, I’m pretty sure some of those orders are to feed Families and that children are consuming this food that is being handled this way.

If I only deal with papa John’s staff then it would be a higher rating. Sadly they contract with door dash. I was wondering where the food I ordered was. Come to find out it was left on my front step. No knock, just left there for about 30 min. I try to call the store. No answer.

Great service. Good atmosphere garlic parm. Breadsticks were awful. Threw most of them away. Butter was pooling on he bottom breadsticks were also doughy and not totally cooked. Will not order this again.

I’ve gone out of my way to the Bluffton Rd and Coldwater Rd stores because these two stores were making the best pizzas Goshen Rd store is closer to where I live, but they were screwing up. When I went to pick up my carry-out, one of the delivery drivers had taken my order to deliver to someone else, I had to wait while they made another. Not sure but I think the Goshen Rd store might be closed now lack of staffing.

Called and got an answering service. The lady on the other end probably has never even had pizza. Took her 10 minutes to take my order. I want to talk to someone who knows about the pizza not someone in India. If it happens again I’ll hang up.

Ordered a Philly Papadia. Got sick because there was bacon on it and I haven’t eaten pork in almost 10yrs! Called and the manager says, well it comes on a Philly. I asked her since when and she then said, oh so a piece of bacon was on it. Acting as if it was no big deal, and there was way more than a piece. I opened it up and it was on the entire half!! Then she threatened to hang up on me. This was the 1st time in over a year I have eaten there because it was unclean. Figured to try again since I wanted a papadia, but I didn’t want to drive across town. This was the 3rd strike. At this point there won’t be a next time. I’ll just find the copy cat recipe and fix my own!
