I should have known that this was catered more towards non-Asians. Located right next to a Starbucks this restaurant is hardly noticeable. The interior was clean and the service was great, but the food was just not it for me. The sweet and sour pork reminded me of eating funnel cakes as the batter was overwhelming and the oil was oozing out in every bite. The sauce was rather runnier than what I’m used to from other Authentic Chinese restaurants. The flat rice beef noodles was rather saltier than I would like and therefore lacking balance of the flavor I enjoyed from other Chinese restaurants. I definitely wouldn’t come back because the food is not to my liking. Maybe you guys will enjoy other stuff from there menu, so don’t let me discourage you from trying. I just wanted to let others people with similar tastebuds know, before stopping by and trying.

Currently having my daughters birthday meal. The waitress got my personal order wrong but the mistake we made with our children food, she fixed(They are vegan and they put eggs in the rice). Gratuity comes on the bill so we took half the cash tip back. Glad they were honest. We will continue to come here because the staff is sweet. A little mix up happens but I still never got my Shrimp Fried Rice so 3 stars!

This used to be a great establishment. My family has ordered from here many many years. At least 10 years. Recently (at least three times) I noticed when we ordered the general Tsos chicken, it was pretty dry and almost no extra sauce. The steamed rice that comes as a side is now not even enough to fill the box. When I complained they said there are new owners so that is why the general Tsos is no longer saucy and the rice is not packed like it once was. I felt ripped off. They said the price of food has risen and I get that. But as a paying customer I should also get my money’s worth. I am saddened to say I will no longer be a customer after so many years. NOTE TO THE NEW OWNER YOU ARE GOING TO LOSE A LOT OF BUSINESS!!! Lots of people like myself were use to the old owner and the love care and quality they put into every order they filled. Do better or you aren’t going to make it much longer ripping off loyal customers.

I ordered 40$ worth of food today…half of it was inedible because it was old, wings were overcooked…egg rolls hard to bite yet gooey in the middle and bread were like mini rocks….I wanted to cry….BEWARE.

I am delighted to say that my hubby and I have found our new go-to spot in Katy! We tried this place for the first time a few weeks ago and have been there 3 times since! The food is delicious and affordable. Excellent service with humble staff. Food comes out lightning-fast and is always super hot and fresh. They do a great job with pickup orders on their app. All-around exceptional neighborhood restaurant.

My family and I LOVE this place! The food is so delicious and the staff is very kind. My daughter loves the Sweet and Sour Chicken. My boyfriend and I are obsessed with the General Tso’s Beef! The flavor is on point and it’s cooked to perfection! The restaurant is always clean. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful which is very appreciated. Highly recommend! Wish I could’ve taken more picture but my family devoured their food.

They changed owner. Now the male owner is not that good in service, not friendly and food quality has been lacking. There used to be two ladies or a lady owner worked there and they are great. Now the new owner took over and the service and quality are not the same. The hot & sour soup they no longer put green onions on top and the taste is not as good as before. The steam rice and fried rice they use extremely low quality rice and it is so dry. If you do business like this you will loose all your loyal customers.

Well it’s a sad day we just found out that the place been sold to another owner so we’re testing out the new food today let’s see if he still has the same flavors and we’ll go from there service was not as what I used to be the wonton soup it just did not have his big flavor but everything else was okay only one root service young girl

I usually love eating from green garden but tonight was different. I believe it was mainly because of the guy who took my order. His customer service sucks! I asked was the orange chicken was spicy he said yes and indeed was NOT spicy at all! Even asked him to check while it was being made and he said whatever the menu says I just work here. Like exactly because you work here find out if it’s spicy if that’s what I’m asking for. Tonight’s meal was a major disappointment.
