I’m a huge Dunkin fan and I will usually go to Dunkin’ donuts over Starbucks, but a lot of the time they are inconsistent and make some mistakes. I recently moved to the area and I go to this dunkin about 3 times a week and I never have a problem here. The employees are very nice and helpful and if they are out of something they work with me to fix my order. I normally order the same caramel iced coffee every time, but even when I don’t, the coffee and food is delicious and exactly how it should be made. The store is always clean and appealing. I love coming to this Dunkin and I am always satisfied with my service 🙂

I have tried with this store tried to give them a chance but I am convinced everyone who works here is as dumb as a bag of rocks. I don’t think they have gotten my order right one time . for example one time I ordered a grilled cheese that’s it . bite into it and it’s filled with bacon i’m vegetarian after i waited over 30 minutes in the drive threw. another time I ordered an ice cream cone with 2 flavors (only got one) but was charged for 2 separate 2 scoop cones. asked for almond milk got cows milk and asked for sweet cold foam girl made it with sweet in low not once but twice when i went in to get it fixed. terrible customer service one morning i pulled up to the drive threw just to have the worker open it not even talk to me roll her eyes and slam the window shut.

I ordered Uber Eats and when my food gets to me my coffee is completely wrong. I ordered a large original iced coffee w/ skim milk, a shot of vanilla and liquid cane sugar. First they’re out of skim and instead of offering another lactose free option they offer milk or cream. Second my drink gets to me and it’s dark. No milk what so ever. There’s no sweetener so it’s bitter as well.

I’ve been to this location multiple times. Unfortunately although the staff is very friendly and engaging, this location is frequently out of many usual items. Such as chocolate ice cream, chocolate donuts, bottled water, things that should be standard at a dunkin.

Dunkin’ has some great things on their menu. Their hash browns are delicious, some of my go to are the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Breakfast Sandwich, flavored Ice Coffees and their Snacking Bacon. I cannot give this location more than two stars though because you could order the same thing twice in a row and it will come out different. They are always out of things, and not specialty items but simple things like plain bagels or donuts, even if you visit early in the day. Same with the cream cheese, sometimes they’ll spread it on your bagel or sometimes they’ll just give you the container. No consistency.

It seems like everytime I go to this Dunkin’ they’re always out of something or something is broken. It got to the point where I stopped going for about 8 months. I finally went back a couple of days ago and the gentleman at the window was very sweet but once again their blender was broken. I understand they’re probably short staffed but it’s still incredibly frustrating time after time when you have to change your order due to these issues. Needless to say I probably won’t be going back.
