HARDEE’S is in Stuart has gone to the toilet. The cooks Served this food Not once but twice 2 biscuits and a large coffee cost $10.98 and they gave this it is ridiculous to be paying these prices and getting poor service I understand short staff and Slow service but even if slow service you should not have have a biscuit come out like this it was not worth the price and it was not worth worth the time to even go there and go there I could have through something like this together at home but when I go out to support local restaurants in my community I expect a little bit better food than this will never orwe’ll never order this item again from them

One of the best Hardee’s I’ve ever been to. The GM was extremely nice and friendly. Order was made correctly and in a timely manner. Their fried chicken is cooked perfectly, and possibly the best food I’ve had in a very long time!!!

My dad and myself went for lunch. Took 15 minutes to be able to order. Cashier kept walking away while customers stood in line waiting to order. A man in front of me left and went else where. This was very poor management. After ordering took 5-10 minutes to put together the order. And nothing was fresh. Burger was just warm like it was setting for a few minutes. And fries were weren’t even warm.

Well I went in the drive thru and one of the first things I said when ordering was I wanted my combo to be large sized and i get to the window and the woman handed me a small drink and then she shows me where the person who took my order made it a small even though their normal size for a combo is medium, but this isn’t the first bad encounter I have had with this store though, thanks Charlene.The other situation happened during the morning and I had ordered a large breakfast combo and I was fine with the wait on my hashbrowns but what bothered me the most was that the person who took my order that day had noticed that the hashbrowns were undercooked but still decided to serve them to me. I wouldn’t recommend eating at this joint the employees care very little about the customers.

Every table was dirty. The bathrooms were filthy. Half of the staff was roaming around the parking lot. Everyone was angry and arguing with each other in front of our family. Food was spilled all over the working space, and a staff member was eating fries off of the area where fries are cooked. Absolutely lowest quality of workers and service.

Food was great, the staff was wasn’t. The young lady at the counter acted as if we were causing her a burden by just having the nerve to make an order. I guess I just expect more smiles and some basic customer service when eating out. Yes, you can tell a smile even under a mask. NONE were there.

The girl at the window Tuesday the 19th of April at about idk 9 o’clock had the best customer service. They ran out of medium sized cups so she put my tea in a small cup and filled a large cup with ice she said it would equal the same amount and she was right! Best service I’ve gotten there in a while.
