Love everyone at the Gage store! They call me by name. They have Excellent service and speedy delivery. Great pizza at a descent price. What else can I say…This Papa Johns cares about its customers. Great pizza and great specials. Our family has always really enjoyed Papa John’s pizza. I also like to ad the occasional Buffalo chicken wings with our pizza order, my kids really seem to like them too. Our preference is the thin crust.

We ordered for delivery and waited almost an hour. I called to follow up on it and the manager told me he just left and it will be another 10 minutes. I live not even 5 minutes away. I said okay and I would wait. 15 minutes later he is still not there. I called and said I just wanted to drive and pick it up, the manager stated it would be ready when I got there but when I arrived he told me it would be another 20 minutes. We originally ordered our food at 5:30 and didn’t get it till 7:15. I was upset, the manager then said he would refund my order and comp our food. He still has not done so. I asked that he refund the tip and delivery fee for the driver because I had to drive out to pick up the food and he said he would. He still hasn’t refunded me and it’s been almost a week. I understand being short staffed but I don’t understand the lack of follow through. When you say you’re going to do something you should do it. I don’t recommend ordering from this location.

We order pizza from this Papa John’s on a regular basis. The pies are ready quickly, my orders are always correct and they’re tasty. The workers there are always friendly and personable. I also love that there are specials on their website when I order online. It’s a great way to feed a bunch of teenage boys. What more can I ask?

Ordered online and got order only to find out the pizza was half warm and the garlic sauce was open and spilled inside the garlic bread. Was also missing 3 other sauces that were paid for.. When I called to let them know the sauces were missimg the girl said well the garlic bread is covered in sauce anyway and she personally put the missing sauces in our order herself. Then preceeded to say…if they are not in there…i dont know what to tell you and hung up the phone. Horrible service…i wish I didnt tip them.
