I’d like to have some Arby’s food as I haven’t in a little while but twice within the past week I’ve come through the drive-thru before 11 PM (first time about 10:40 PM and second time 10:20 PM) and no one was working, or no one answered the drive-thru anyway.

July 20th 2023 9:30pm. Sydney was so nice. Probably one of the best fast food experiences my family has had since covid. Her and the crew did everything right with my order. She was even so respectful when I ordered a small vanilla ice cream for our dog. I will definitely be coming back to this location in the area. Thank you again for being so patient with the order. I hope Sydney and her crew are reconized because it’s so hard to have a “Fast Food Chain” be legitimate in 2023

Food was great but there was worker who wasn’t very professional. Forgot the name but he was a bald guy, a bit on heavier side; he burped in front of customers twice, which seemed to be on purpose. Not really the ideal introduction a customer wants.

You guys give excellent service and are very nice. Probably the nicest service in the fast food area near me. There is however one minor gripe I continue to have with this location. Whenever I order the French Dip my dip (the aju) is not given. I forget to check my bag before leaving and when I get home I realize I don’t have it and it’s what makes the French dip the French dip. Without it, it’s just French.

They’re very fast at getting you your food. Only down side is that their speed isn’t efficient speed. I had ordered 2 meals, one had cheese sticks, and an extra order of cheese sticks. We only got the one order of cheese sticks and they gave us crinkle fries instead. I was on my lunch break so didn’t have time to go back and get it fixed but other than that recent indecent it’s good for an Arby’s

Loved my dine in experience today. Jason went above and beyond today- we ordered ALOT of food and he gave us all the extra sauces and condiments without us having to even ask. Which never happens anymore nowadays. Jamocha shake he gave us WAS SO FREAKING good too. He practically read my mind with adding extra whipped cream. Thanks Jason for the friendly vibes and delicious food. We never really eat inside fast food joints anymore post Covid, but this is the cleanest location we’ve ate in. Thanks again Jason! You rock! Food is Arbys food so I like it. Been coming to this Arbys for nearly 30 years. The customer service needs work. Too many times I walk in and an employee will look me dead in the eye and not say anything because they aren’t working front counter, it’s very off putting. The evening manager is notoriously bad about customer service. He won’t greet you or say anything he will just look at you waiting for your order. He has a terrible habit of asking about meal size which is okay if the default was small. But the default is actually whatever buttons he decides to push that day. If you come in at night it’s a coin flip on if you will get very good food or if they’ve started to clean up for close and get fry basket fries and the tail end of a meat slab. And it’s not like 9-9:30 it’ll be like 7-8pm. Overall I keep coming back because I want this to be as good as it was before but some of these issues are pretty alienating.
