Slow drive thru (only can handle 1 car at a time it seems) and usually has a harder time than other locations getting order right on more than one occasion. If i say no whip for example I dont wanna pull up wait 10 mins and see manager just scoop it off because employee made it wrong. First off what if customer were allergic? Remake is policy but they take short cuts there! Plus the slow service is just why I avoid this location

The lobby soda fountain was bad quality with soda coming out warm and bad tasting. Eventually they just shut it off so you have to ask employees for a refill. Quite annoying and inconvenient.

I’ve had some issues with the mobile app pickup, I placed a drive thru order from home, and on my way down to get it I got a message that my order was COMPLETED. Turns out they gave my order to someone else in the drive thru, other times I was missing a hash brown, or given the cheaper pancake platter when I ordered the deluxe, CHECK WHAT THEY HAND YOU , what I do now is drive down there FIRST, park in the numbered pick up spots, THEN place my order, immediately telling the app that IM HERE AND PARKED AT #3 (or whatever) ..they do come out pretty quick with the order, but double check it before you leave, because it’s nearly impossible to correct it when you get home, you notice there’s no problem link on the app like they do with competitors like delivery apps
