Overall, food and service are decent, but portions are small for size. They are extremely stingy with chips. I literally got a small handful of mostly crushed chips. Less chips, less use of their salsa bar. Clever way to skimp on the customer. Irritating.

First off, let me say that this is an amazing place to eat. I have never had anything bad here. The staff has always been good to me and my husband. The food is great. I recommend the homewrecker and if you’re not a Guacamole fan, well, I would give it a try, probably the best I have had. Back in 2016, when I was getting married, I had a country/mexican wedding. I got them to cater my wedding. They did a wonderful job, and we had more than enough food.

This was found in my taco at approximately 8:35 pm July 14th 2021. I submitted a detailed account to corporate and will be contacting county officials asap as your manager didn’t seem to exhibit any concerns when I called. Edit* The franchise owner commented on this. It has been a month now and he has yet to deliver on refunding me my money even after he promised to several times, he has ghosted my six or seven attempts to email him. Second edit: He ghosted me again and I had to call corporate and escalate it past his negligent district manager. I had the county investigate the restaurant for this debacle. The management won’t solve any actual problems. They’ll simply pass you off. I had every bit of evidence to sue. I really should have.

My wife and I have been coming to Moe’s for 10 years. The manager eldon is always nice and polite the staff is amazing. Until Monday after mothers day we witnessed the manager eldon getting screamed at what looked to us to be his boss in front of all the customers and staff very unprofessional. Now we have heard that eldon is no longer the manager and we will not be going back to Moe’s if that’s how the employees of your restaurant ate treated.

Went to Moe’s years ago and was not happy……but seeing this new location on door dash and in the mood for a Burrito I gave them a chance and man what an upgrade. These guys know how to pack the biggest of Burritos with many options to choose from. I got mine with tofu and it was great!

I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered a vegetable quaisdia with my vegetables on the outside as I like. Once I got to the register, I was told in front of other customers that I could not order my food like this and the employees didn’t know they couldn’t fix it this way. I was told if I come back again, they will not be able to fix it this way. After I paid, I wasn’t offered chips and had to ask could I get chips. The next time I will go to Chipotle where they fix it the way I order it without a lecture at the cash register.

Watch your orders. We took out son there he asked for the kids burrito plate, once we checked out we realized that they charged us for a full sized burrito and then charged us for the kids drink and no cookie. I approached the manager of the store and told me it was my responsibility to make sure it was right. Like we’re supposed to know what size burrito shell to use. While I pitched a big enough fit to get the bill corrected his attitude was less than great.

My wife has had moes 2x in the last month. It used to be one of her favorite places to eat. She has gotten. Food poisoning both times she ate there this month. Not sure if quality has gone down but this isn’t normal.
