The customer service here is horrible I called to place a order at this establishment I was told to hold…I waited..I then drove to the establishment 12 minutes later and asked for the manager…WHILE I WAS STILL ON HOLD..the young lady then gave me an attitude about being busy..this was Sunday August 27th at 4:30 pm and this was the parking lot..very busy as you can see

Disappointed, got a 4 piece wing with fries and wings were very small & dried almost $8 for these tiny wings. Asked for cheese fries with it and had to go back because they forgot the cheese on fries. Fries were cold & waited over 10 mins for this small order. No drink included. Called before I came to make sure they were opened and they confirmed. Online says it closes at 10. Got there at 9:33… I notice the sign still says open and 4 workers there that I could see. They refused to take my order through drive thru and wouldn’t open the door. Why say and also advertise your open but turn customers away? On top of being rude when you turn them away ? Just change your hours if the hours are an issue and stop advertising your open when you refuse to take orders .

Small portion of meat on large size bread for Philly. Barely any onions or green peppers. Dry. Flavorless. This place used to be good. Definitely not what it used to be. The dining area is dirty. Don’t look too much or you won’t be able to stop. Gyro was decent fries were okay.

microwaveable kids chicken nuggets are not chicken tenders. And they forgot the bbq sauce too. It’s rare to find a place that can mess up chicken tenders but ya’ll did it.

They need more people with better attitude there is a female that is pregnant and she working and has an attitude I’m not sure if she is only a server or a supervisor not sure but her attitude is horrible I asked if Apple Pay was available she agreed when I was ready to pay she snatched my phone out of my hand. Wings so tiny and over cooked. Barely any meat and by them being hard the meat felt tooth picks. They should consider less cooking time on tiny wings or meatier wings. Wasted $9.
