We placed a large order 48 hours ahead of time for June 18, 2023 to the tune of about $102.00. The pizzas were okay, but somewhat cold. We also ordered 60 boneless wings. Most of the wings were hard, all were cold, they were so small they were a total of one bite and not to mention we only had 25 each flavor instead of 30 wings each flavor. We sent an email, but not one person responded. Needless to say we will never order at the location on Thurman Ave. Don’t waste your time or money.

It’s was ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING, I was raised right around the corner from this store and could only remember GREAT things. I moved away in 1999, and have been back several times to visit and ALWAYS save time to get my fav, DONATOS SUPREME PIZZA, but after my experience tonight, I may never eat here again (well, at this store anyway)The pizza was slated to be delivered at 750pm, didnt happen, so by 815pm, I was calling the store. The recording said press 2, to speak to a manager, didnt happen, instead, a hourly employee answered, I then asked for the manager (since this was their line), she said the electricity had went out and gave $10 off my order. She also said the food would be delivered by 815p.m., didnt happen. The pizza didn’t arrive UNTIL 840p.m. and to top it all off, the food WAS SUPER COLD, the BOX was slightly warm from being in the warmer for so long, no doubt. The cheese on the pizza and the calzone was so cold the cheese had solidified, just a A WHOLE MESS!!!

Donatos is my favorite pizza. I enjoy the crispy, thin crust. The flavor of the sauce, and there’s plenty. I simply order the cheese pizza and occasionally the veggie with banana peppers. I dip my pizza in the House Italian dressing.

Donatos used to be my go to pizza, but now its not consistent anymore. I have had to send lots of pizza back to have it made over again. I do not like it. I can not order from the one in my area, I order from another store. Where I have to have transportation to get there. Bummer, I miss the days where I would get delicious pizza every time. Those days are long gone at that location.

Absolute garbage dump. Ordered three pies from here and they never showed up. Ignored the calls from our group to check on the status multiple times. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in recent memory. Do not order from here.

I placed an online order for a pepperoni pizza with a thick crust. I picked it up at the drive through window. When I got home and opened the box, the paper receipt had been placed inside the box directly on top of the pizza (see picture. I covered my name and phone number). The crust was burnt on the edges (see picture). I called the restaurant and was put on hold to speak with a manager. I hung up after waiting 15 minutes.

This location was terrible. They missed food that was added to my delivery. The driver told me to call the store and talk with the manager about it. Tried calling the store for almost 20 minutes. Got through twice, but was put on hold then hung up on. After that no one would answer. Terrible.

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE!!! My $50 meal was cold and burnt and made wrong. As I’m writing I just called twice and got left on hold for 10mins both times. Customer service was so extremely poor I don’t want to go to any Donatos again. I will continue to call because I need my money back!!!! My daughter couldn’t even bite her sub!!!!! ♀️

I order at this location for my family to have pizza night!! It’s not what you would call inexpensive or budget friendly, but my whole family loves the food here and so we order, the last 2 times the food was ok, last night’s order was not so good, I had a big Don’s sub it was so skimpy, barely any cheese, my husband had a meatball sub and again no cheese!! Drenched in pizza sauce!! Our pizza was burnt, and tasted like it had been sitting for a while. I’m not happy with this at all, not sure if I will be ordering again
