Accidentally forgot to take off the sauces from my cheesy bean and rice burrito, on the Taco Bell app, and I usually order light creamy jalapeno sauce whenever I take off all the sauces of my burrito, and I’m a regular there. Well I’m a disabled veteran, and when I went in there to try to get a cheese bean and rice burrito with light creamy jalapeno sauce, swapped out for the burrito that they gave me, she and so nicely pointed out that I had forgotten to order that on the order. “No, This is What the order says…” It felt like she didn’t want to deal with me, that she just wanted to argue with me, she was very unforgiving of my mistake. Now I have a burrito with too much sauce on it, that I have no way of taking the sauce off . Good morning

Hadn’t been there in a while, really disappointed with the tacos. I ordered a box of them to take home, and the tacos weren’t great. It almost seems like that they’ve changed the shell itself. It doesn’t taste the same and the texture is not the same. Yuck

First the drive thru guy was rude I had to repeat every item three to four times and after every item he said is that it. It made ordering long and tiring. Once I got to the window he informed me the coffee machine wasn’t working. Not his fault so I said okay my dew Baja no ice. He then grabbed the cup and put ice in the cup. So yes I was highly annoyed but tried to still be pleasant. Smiled and said thank you. Got our bag and got home I should have checked right then but I was already feeling my temper slipping. Two of the items were not in the bag. And several other items were wrong. This by far was the worst experience I have had at this location.

Will NEVER give you hot sauce. Come on guys your food isn’t edible unless I can drown it in hot sauce. No joke out of 20 times I’ve ordered from this location via delivery apps (Grubhub/Uber), probably 50%+ they just don’t give sauce. This might seem small but come on $30+ dollars of Taco Bell and not a single packet of sauce? I’m gonna keep complaining to the delivery apps because I know the store gets penalized for it. It’s even on the receipt guys.

This location has never failed me. I almost always use drive through so I don’t know a lot about walk in service. The food is always hot, fast and as expected (not missing forks, napkins, etc). The servers have all been friendly and courteous with very little turnover (at least in the mornings). I recommend this place.

The food is always horrible. I got a grilled cheese burritos and it was super small compared to where I went today and all other days to get one and there was no sauce and everything else tastes weird. The soda was flat. Service was good but the food sucked

I have come to the conclusion that this location is bipolar. There is no in between, they are either absolutely perfect, or so bad it is criminal. Unfortunately, this location chooses to be criminal more often than not as I just had my 4th experience of false advertisement there. Every item I tried to order rings up higher then the advertised prices, and when asked about it, they just say “That’s the price” and will not correct it. With this happening so many times, this location should be under investigation.

I usually order through the app since the steak quesoridto(however you spell it haha) isn’t on the in person menu, however the last few times the apps have been funky so I have to order at the window. I’ve had no problem doing this and they can make it. However tonight they were like we can’t make it. They said they didn’t have the button but I was literally I literally order it on the app and every other time the app crashed YALL can make it. The guy said nvm we could do it. I thought awesome until I got home and first it wasn’t grilled nor was it a steak, so I DROVE BACK, went inside they said they would remake it. Thought okay I see them grill it and I could t tell the meat since it’s in the back. I get home and guess what meat it was?! BEEF NOT STEAK. I was so hungry that I just gave up since I didn’t want to drive again and my other food was cold at this point. Also all my cheese sauces were only half filled, like it’s usually filled to the brim. I know everyone has hard days, but common on, my roommate has been having trouble at this location and I guess I’ll just have to go to a different one now to get the right stuff. I have photos to prove this and I’m debating if I should go in tomorrow to show them. I would upload here but on the mobile phone it doesn’t have that option
