This location has the most disrespectful delivery driver and a lying manager. When I initially called the driver to check my order he had an attitude. No reason to have gotten upset when I asked him to bring pizza to the door. He even said that the tip doesn’t matter!! Next he lied twice about being out front. When I called a third time the driver said he was 3 minutes away. I ended up being outside when he finally arrived, which took an addition 30 minutes. I had already been waiting 40 minutes before I called.

Loved this location and how friendly the staff was. I’ve placed large corporate orders in the past and they never disappoint. They aways go above and beyond even ensuring mulitple times that I will be picking up my order the next day. Staff here is always willing to help and food is very consistent. I live one block in fact not even a block a half a block from the store. Every time I order pizza I have to call them and ask them to be the first delivery and they never listen and I end up being the last delivery by the time I get my pizza it is ice cold like it’s been sitting for hours. Just spoke to the manager Carlos and he acted like I was lying telling me I can’t be the first delivery it goes to who orders first. I will never order again from the store. I ordered the pizza at 6:37 and just received it at 8:10 p.m.

Horrible experience. Tried to order a pizza back on July 27th (974922341) for my neice. Driver dropped it off at the wrong house. Waited an hour and half for a refire after already waiting an hour. No need for the pizza now, called for a refund and was told it would be. Didn’t happen. Now I have to wait for corporate to handle it, now that I’ve missed the window to dispute it on my end. All for $26 smh. Incompetence all around. Never again.

I ordered my pizza at 8:02 pm. First of all the lady who answered the phone act like she couldn’t understand English I had to continue repeating my card number slowly and she still didn’t understand. After she finally understood my card information, she said “Your delivery will be ready in 30mins.” The time is now 9:20 and now I hear that the pizza will be delivered by 9:30-40. Ready for the worst part? I live in Mayfair which is not even far from Papa Johns, probably like a 8-10min drive. Why does it take so long to be delivered? I can see if I lived further but its literally walking distance smh. I’m never ordering a delivery again next time I’ll walk to pick-up or just choose a more professional Papa Johns. Smh

I was disrespected by the foreign lady at the call center so my order was never placed. But I do want to graciously apologize to the woman and manager who did try to help me. I was just over exhausted from the foreign lady at the call center constantly disrespecting me and my character as a man and valued consumer. My very pregnant sister ordered food tonight from this location. My other lil sister and I stopped by to bring her and her children a few items that they needed and helped her take her trash out. While we were at the car talking, a car starts rolling down the street talking very rude and unprofessionally , now at the time it could have been anyone but she then proceeded to tell the person on the phone who I found out later after I called was another Papa Johns employee that she has driven around twice and called and was about to pull off. The only problem with that statement is that it was a partial LIE! Now, she probably missed her call but she did NOT DRIVE AROUND TWICE; All three of us , the sister who called the order in and the two in the car (me being one) were all outside by her building , so she definitely didn’t ride around twice; She actually never stopped in front of her building. My sister asks, “Are you from Papa John’s”?, The female driver replied yes, but due to her being so rude, my sister told her to keep the food. Now, I was going to pay for the food and just get the money back from my sister; Another thing to note is that she is heavily pregnant, it was going to take her some time to come outside if she weren’t already out there, and the missed calls were due to her forgetting to bring her phone outside. I started to say something but remained quiet. I called the store afterwards to speak with a manager and the other female employee who was on the phone with the rude driver attempted to take up for her, she then puts the manager on the phone who does the same thing. I’m going to call the corporate office . The service is not up to par and they are rude and unprofessional. It shouldn’t matter where a person lives, if they’re paying for service and requesting it then they deserve the proper service like everyone else. The driver nor the two store workers appeared to care and it’s unacceptable. When they close this location down , I won’t be surprised. Eat elsewhere.
