I ordered nachos for an appetizer and I got a quesadilla burger for my entree. The nachos had burned beef and ONLY the top layer was actual chips. Everything under the first layer was crumbs and tiny chip pieces. I didn’t complain but the sweet waitress saw that we didn’t finish and said she’d talk to someone about the poor quality for us. Then my burger came. I ordered no pink and it was legitimately rare. We asked for it remade, they made it incorrect a second time and I left without an entree. No manager came to talk to us during the visit. In the bathrooms, the toilet paper holder fell apart while I was in the restroom. Neither paper towel machine worked. My server was lovely, but my overall experience was not good. I’m not from the area but if I find myself back in Franklin I know where I will not be eating again.

Place was dirty, took a long time to get the food, My Shrimp and chicken cooked to long, swimming in grease and portions very small even the garlic mash potatoes which were the only thing worth eating though at best Luke warm. Haven’t been to chain in years and at my age will never go back. Avoid this one!!

Not giving this location anymore chances. We normally do car side to go but last time we ordered a steak medium well car side to go and got home and it was still half alive in the box. Tonight was my husbands birthday and he decided he wanted steak – I suggested eating in this time so if the steak was not cooked properly it could go back – well guess what – steak came out alive again and he ordered jalapeños and got 2 baby slices – so needless to say while me and my kids ate my husband sat (on his birthday) and watched because the steak had to go back. The steak came back cooked properly with a ton of jalapeños as it was ordered the first time. He was going to eat his salad but upon examining that the lettuce was old, brown and wilted so that was also a no go 🙁 waitress was kind and friendly and we just suggested to her they may want to check the salad before sending out to tables. We got a whopping $1.99 off our order for the salad – haha $107 for my husband to watch me and the kids eat because he didn’t even get to eat with us. Never again Applebees!

One of the worst restaurants I have ever ate at. First the waitress was so overwhelmed she was forgetting things and when we asked for stuff she never brought it to the table. The salad we ordered had hair in it so that was a no go. Ordered the 2 for 35 and got the spinach dip. Well the chips were so stale you couldn’t eat them and the dip was ice cold. The rest of the food didn’t impress. I watched the tables around me just get up and leave because there was no service. Please save yourself the trouble and go literally to any other restaurant in Franklin and you will be way better off.

I have to admit I hated this place with passion until today. They changed all the hostile employees that were as negligent with the customers as a piece of wood. The new staff is cordial, with a smile, polite, dilligent to the point I could not tell who rhe manager was. Outstanding. We need more places like this around the Franklin area, where the customer service is part of the food service as well, your experience. For me that is as important as the food. I give them five star today and thanks to the girl in the bar for such an amazing job. She is really outstanding Now I can say I totally recommend this restaurant.

Really poor food experience. The salad was old (had to request a new one be made – really surprised they would serve lettuce that was already slimy, and their advertised neighborhood double burger was really a slider-sized burger. I would have done better to go down the street to Wendy’s and get 3-pound hamburgers for the 1/2 pound split over two patties. Literally, these patties were 1/8″ thick and 3″ in diameter. It’s like Applebee’s took one hamburger and cut it in half. Not a good value or experience. Would not recommend this restaurant.

Stopped there for a meetup to have dinner. The slowest service! It took a long time to get the food. Our drinks came out 30 mins later. Mashed potatoes swimming in grease.

Placed a carside pickup, 03/08/23, spent over $80.00 & gave a generous tip. I called as soon as food arrived home to inform them of missing food, their response was “yes, you’re missing a item, we have it here. Due to new trainees, they’re forgetting to put some items in the bags.” I was informed I would receive a voucher for the missing item in the mail in approximately 2 days. I’ve called the Franklin location 3-4 times since & even been giving the main managers email. Which I sent 2 emails with no response. Customer service from the prepares to day time manager & night manager to the main manager really lacks professionalism.
