I was having an unusually rough morning, so I went to Caribou to get a treat. I ordered a vanilla white mocha and a raspberry white chocolate scone, as usual. When I got to the window, the person working was really nice. When she asked to confirm my order she said something about a vanilla coldpress. I tried to correct her and say I ordered a white vanilla mocha and she said very nicely “that’s what this is.” I’m not super savvy on coffee, so I believed her. When she handed me the order it was definitely not a white vanilla mocha (the picture below is what I was handed). I didn’t get it corrected because I had to go straight home. This is my favorite coffee shop by my house. I always come here because everyone is super nice, I love the coffee and pastries, and it’s always consistent. I was incredibly disappointed today, and I really hope they do better next time.

Relaxing cafe. Very happy the location I went to stays open till 9PM. Relaxing music, good pumpkin spice coffee, and a very yummy Lumberjack. Highly recommend if you need a quick drink and pick-me-up.

I went to this place for breakfast and to get about an hour of work done, brought a fancy coffee drink and a sandwich and asked for a cup of water please (it was a red air quality day due to the Canadian wildfires). The generally inattentive staff poured me the shot glass of water in the picture. When I asked if I could have a bigger glass please, I was told a flat “no.” I asked if I could pay for a bigger glass of water and was told, again; a flat “no” before the barista turned around and went about other things. Bad service and rude employees.

The past few times I’ve gone my order has been wrong. The last time I went, yesterday, I had asked for them to please put cool whip, chocolate drizzle, and the marshmallows on my cooler. I got a snippy comeback about how that’s how the drinks are made already. (It wasn’t what was said, it was how it was said). So I responded with “the last 3 times I’ve been here the campfire mocha I’ve been given hasn’t had either”. So she said “okay, I understand” this time more polite. So then when I ordered a hot chocolate I was told they don’t do that there though it’s on the menu and I had just got it the day prior. The overall experience I’ve had with the place since moving to NC is rude, slow service, and the drinks don’t taste that good. Looking to find a different coffee shop.

Tried Turtle Mocha Cooler and Chocolate Crafted Press. The server was probably new and ended up giving cold Chocolate Crafted Press instead of a hot one. They did replace it later. I was expecting better taste after reading reviews. Found it just an average. Mocha Cooler was sweeter.

I tried a drink here, the Oreo drink with almond milk and oooooomg! Staff was nice but since it was nobody inside they could have cleaned up the tables a little bit, there wasn’t any clean tables for there not to be nobody really sitting inside. All in all nice and quiet and good music. I will go back again for more coffee drinks.

This Caribou Coffee is a nice spot. It seems pretty popular. There’s usually a lively vibe at different times of day. The coffee drinks are delicious, just wish they weren’t so expensive but it seems that that’s the norm nowadays. I really like the cold Nitro latte with a couple vanilla shots. I haven’t tried their food so I can’t comment on that…trying to keep my coffee bill relatively low

This was my first time going to a Caribou, and I was wowed by the quality of the coffee and the service I received. The person working the speaker in the drive-thru was super helpful with answering our questions about the coffee, and Oliver at the window was super friendly and got us our coffee quickly. We’ll definitely be coming back!

terrible experience, today i went to caribou and was greeted by a super rude worker at the window, she seemed to hate her job like understandable but that doesnt mean you should be rude to customers. she was giving me attitude and short responses and was overall rude. my last straw was when she jerked the tray they hand the food and drinks out on and the matcha flew forward all over me and my car and she never even apologized, cursed at me and i had to ask for napkins. its understandable to be upset because i also work in customer service and can understand where she was coming from but all of that was completely unnecessary and super rude. very upset because i love caribou and usually have a good experience but the lady with the brown skin and dark curly hair was totally miserable.

The employees seemed to care more about giggling then work. I had to keep reminding them of my order especially when they handed me my drinks but not food. I walked up to the register and they asked what i wanted and a 3rd time remind them of my food. Then i looked in the bag and they did not give me all of my order so a fourth time i asked what about this. The campfire mocha had none of the toppings its supposed to come with, very disappointing. I also dont understand why there are no lunch options like other locations. I guess if these 4 or 5 girls cant figure things out it would lead to more confusion. I was not the only customer unsure of drinks being made properly as other customers approached and even had to ask if it was their drink because beverages appeared without being called or labled. Is there not a manager or shift lead to ensure this establishment is being run correctly and proper training is taking place? Or is the management not so good so they hire people who literally dont care? As a fellow barista awhile ago if this was my work ethic id be fired if i didn’t shape up. Based on previous reviews i am not alone on this issue. Its a shame because the only other time i got to visit this coffee brand is when i visit the midwest and never ever had such a disorganized, mildly rude experience even at other coffee brands. One last thing, the inside definitely has nice spacd but looked unkept and unclean…4 or 5 employees working, last drink order finished and not 1 or two go divide and conquer? Glad i didn’t bring my baby inside, gross.
