We arrived at around 7pm on a Monday night. The young man at the counter was pleasant…took our order. We stopped there because my husband is vegan and it was the easiest vegan meal we could find. They had no milkshakes, the bathrooms were out of order, there must have been 30 flies flying around inside the dinning area…we ate in and were given no napkins. And the food took a while to come out even though there was no one else eating or ordering there. Come on! You can do much better Burger King!

Nothing wrong with food or service on my end. Average BK experience. Ate in dining room and holy hell had to fight the flies for every bite. Afraid to pit my food down or it would be swamped. I can deal with 1 or 2 that’s natural but I’m talking about 15 or 20 and we weren’t the only patrons so I could only imagine.

It’s Sunday June 25th 2023 at 2pm :whoever is working had bad service, a bad attitude and no onion rings for their rodeo burgers. We asked for 5 burgers instead and tried to only give us a single BBQ. We asked for more and he gave us 1 more. He may be saving them for himself.

Stopped in for a soda and to use the restroom. Took forever why? The soda machine was not working and no one would address the issue. Dont sell me a cup to fill my own soda if the machine is not working. Then when I asked for assistance with the machine it took another long time for someone to help. I finally got soda and the ratio of syrup to bubbly water was all off. Ug. Such a simple need and just a total fail all around. Will not be back.
