Located very close to the High Point Palladium Theater, this Chipotle location is an excellent place to stop by for a quick meal. The quality of food is consistent with all other Chipotles I’ve been to and of course…is delicious. The staff is friendly and very efficient. There is a very small outside dining area as well. Parking can be a challenge if the restaurant is busy however there are ample spots off the restaurant with a less than a minute walk. There is a chance you may miss turning in the right entrance but you will eventually get a hang of it.

Very disappointed in the chicken burrito bowl today I always get the same bowl and they put too much cold salsa, not enough rice or chicken, and no sour cream, a waste of my money. Do they not pay attention to what people want in their bowls online? My daughter usually shares with me because she is 5 but she isn’t eating it with all the cold peppers and stuff on top.

Just ordered pickup from here and they forgot to add half my bowl. I didn’t think I ordered a kids meal but it sure looks like it. Come to this chipotle if you want to be charged full price for half of what most chipotles give you! Or at least stand right over the workers shoulder to make sure you’re not ripped off

Well I got an attitude from the guy because I did not see my bowl on the mobile order I did apologize but I guess he didn’t like it and overall my bowls are usually fill to the top and this is what I got as a bowl

Easily my favorite chipotle. I live in the center of greensboro and I will drive WELL out of my way to go to this chipotle when I’m out even though I live walking distance from one. Just friendlier service, not as busy(which partially explains the friendliness) and the servings are always good here as opposed to the other greensboro chipotles where I have to battle with the server to get a decent amount of rice, because presumably their owner or manager likes to skimp to be more profitable. As a business owner I believe in charging for what is the best service, if you can’t afford it increase the price marginally or make due in ways that don’t affect the user experience. This place is like that, which is why I’ll waste so much gas coming here lol. It’s in a nice area too, so there’s plenty to do before or after as opposed to other chipotle areas which have no easy to walk to activities or stores.

I order from this Chipotle pretty regularly. Today a coworker and I ordered lunch to be delivered. When the bowls arrived, hers was correct and mine was no where close to right. I order the same thing everytime. I called the store and after explaining the situation was told to hold for the manager. I didn’t want a refund, I just wanted to get my correct order. Someone else came on the line, didn’t give a name or sound overly excited to be answering a call. I, once again, explained what happened. I was polite and wasn’t placing blame with anyone. I work in customer service and know mistakes happen. The manager didn’t apologize or even sound apologetic. The only solution he offered was “we can remake the bowl.” No offer to have to delivered to me since I had already paid the delivery fee and tipped a driver to bring me the wrong order. But that’s okay. I work 3 minutes from the restuarant. When I get to the store the associate that helped me had no clue what I was talking about. So for the third time I tell someone what has happened. I called maybe 10 minutes before arriving. As he starts the bowl, another associate walks over and asks what he’s doing. He is the one that makes the online orders. He looks at it and asks what was wrong with it. I told him it was missing half my ingredients and had some on there I did not request. He starts mumbling to the other associate what I assume is “I know I made that right. There was nothing wrong with it.” Or something along those lines based on his body language and irritated facial expression. And I’m sure he did make my bowl correctly, but I did not receive the one that I ordered. I can only guess someone else got mine. The entire time I am in the restaurant, not one associate apologizes for the incorrect order. Which is one major reason I am writing this review. Attached are photos of the receipt showing what I order, the bowl I got and then what my correct bowl looks like.

The food was so fresh✌. Everyone had gloves on– they have a 98 rating. Customer Service was pretty good ( could be a bit better though) and the store was clean.

The food is always fresh and the portion sizes are definitely on the heftier side. I usually place online orders and have had guacamole missing twice. But for the number of orders I place, that’s not too bad.
