The associate never acknowledged my presence. Walked past me three times, going from the counter to the back area. The sandwich was terribly prepared as all the meat fell off in the first bite. Didn’t even get a thank you at the end of the transaction. Your associate could really do better in the house cleaning industry since she doesn’t deal well with people.

Just showed up to pick up an order that was placed an hour ago. It said it would be ready over 40 mins ago and here we are without our order. The lady said it “didn’t come through” and made the statement that if it didn’t come through by 9 she was leaving regardless. Then she finally looks for our ticket and it’s magically there on her computer but “she already made that order”. She started cussing once she realized the order had been picked up by someone other than me. She was mad about the fact she had to make so much food even though it’s her job. I get the whole “under staffed” but there’s no excuse. I’ve worked in food and retail so I get that it’s stressful but part of the job is being able to handle that stress. She also stated that she would’ve thrown something at the person who “stole” our food. Couldn’t imagine someone accidentally grabbing the wrong thing? We finally got our food after having to hear her complain and throw cuss words around. Needless to say, go somewhere else if you want subway. This is the second time I’ve been to this subway and both times have been horrible.

The audacity it takes to walk off your shift two hours early and leave the open sign on, at least one finished sub in pickup area, and alarms for what sounds like oven timers ringing away while a pile of customers builds up at the door is astounding. Being told by the exxon employees in the attached gas station that this gas happened before works itself all the way up to astonishing. So now I sit here with no way to get a refund from a poorly designed app and no money to get food from elsewhere. Avoid this subway like the rona. Even when I have gotten my food from here they take forever and use what looks like old ingredients.

Showed up at 5:20 on a Sunday evening. Rocky was working by herself behind the counter and she was crushing it. She didn’t miss a beat. Kept up with all the customers and was extremely pleasant to deal with.

4 stars for previous visits, 3 STARS TODAY because the food tasted fine and the bathrooms and eating area were clean. However, the customer service was a solid 2. My child is allergic to milk. I usually know what my child can eat b4 we enter the restaurant. But today was an off day, everything was a bit chaotic and I forgot which bread was dairy free. So I ask the dude working if he knew if the Italian was dairy free…. “no, I don’t know .” I was like really dude there’s no one behind me yet, go freaking look. So I run through my mind trying to remember, then I just ask him could you please go and look, I need to get my girl some lunch and she’s allergic to milk. He seemed completely put out, literally almost eye rolling huffy. When the sandwich was made I thanked him for checking and letting me get it together and and he didn’t even acknowledge that I thanked him and went immediately to asking the person behind me what he could get for them. He needs a cape with a big “R” on it for Super Rude. Previous managers and other employees of this subway have been extremely nice with great customer service. I’m going to chalk this up to an employee that needs to be checked. Allergies are real, even if they bother Super Rude dude.

I went out to eat for the first time in a while, because of covid, and did an uber eat order for subway. They forgot to put my cookies in there, which I understand you get busy. So I tried calling multiple times with no answer so I showed up there. The man there was not friendly at all and made me want to walk out. He got mad when the lady in front of me order another sandwich, this is unprofessional. This makes me want to never eat at this location again.

I placed a mobile order on the app. The app showed a pick up time for 1:50. I asked for the order at 1:55. Todd told me that it was not ready and it would not be ready until the woman in yellow was served. He stated it would not be fair. I explained that I place mobile orders at multiple food places abd the food was ready when on time. He explained his thought process again and refused to make the order. I let him know that I would be reporting the incident. He replied with four strangers and my kid in front of him, be sure to tell them what a jacka– I am. He proudly told me his name was Todd when I asked him. He made my order and held it behind the counter until he was ready at least 20 minutes after the appointed time. The corporate customer no service number said they would let the manager know and could not guarantee a return so I had to wait. The other worker present did not show any concern.

After making a complaint with Headquarters regarding the manager at this location, I received a call from the owner. I give him and his professionalism 5 stars, but the little short manager at THIS location is why I give it zero stars (but that’s not an option). I will never be back at this location as the manager, Cindy, I believe was her name, is the rudest and most unprofessional manager I’ve ever dealt with, telling me to get out of her store before she calls the cops- give me a break. She will be taken care of. In the meantime, go to other Subway locations, as she doesn’t deserve to make herself look good and she DEFINITELY doesn’t deserve to have the manager title.
