Went to this location at about 9 pm, ordered 4 blizzards and and a medium chocolate soft serve, just to be told they didn’t have any chocolate soft serve. I don’t eat anything with vanilla ice cream. I watched my family enjoying their blizzards and me wishing I had a chocolate soft serve cone. I was so disappointed.

Terrible experience. So many people standing around not doing anything. Workers clearly not trained well. No one seemed to know how to run anything or handle electronics. There was a special being advertised online. Went there specifically for that, then they told us it’s only for 1 person and only on the app. No where online did it say any of that. Pulled up the app and placed our order for the 5 of us, but the app wasn’t cooperating and they were like oh well. Really? 5 people ordering a blizzard, one was with the deal and because they couldn’t override the 1 blizzard or were unwilling we canceled the rest of them. We will just head to McDonald’s for icecream at a fraction of the price then ♀️ good way to lose business.

Not the DQ of yesteday. It’s just lacking. The hot dog seemed old and tough. After going to 2 different DQs recently I’ve decided… you just can’t go back in time with some places they just changed to much. I’ve been very disappointed. A very pricey ice cream cone and I honestly think the McDonald’s ones are better for $1 instead of $3.

Such a horrible dining experience. The manager Katie (who was dressed in sweatpants and a sweatshirt mind you) was extremely rude, unprofessional, and off putting. My order was incorrect, and rather than fix it with me Katie berated other staff members and accused me of lying about the wrong order. I will never be back.

So the only problem I have with this location is that they consistently don’t put whipped cream on the mobile order milkshakes. It clearly shows on the mobile ordering that there is supposed to be whipped cream on it, in fact the only option to customize the whipped is to remove it. All other locations put the whipped on the milkshakes with mobile orders! There truly is no reason not to do it. Please fix this issue or we will just stop coming to this location.

Great food and it came out super fast, almost as soon as I finished ordering someone was bringing it out to me. Plus, the entire order was correct, and I had ordered a lot of food! The only bad thing I have to say is, the girl taking my order seemed to not really be listening and I had to repeat what I was ordering no less then 3 times before she got it entered correctly.

The Tim Anderson burger was horrible. Whom every came up with that burger must been a real idiot, total bad marketing. Only one slice tomato and one leaf of lettuce, an oily bacon and the beef patty was not fresh. The fries and shake was okay.
