Went in there & got liquored up & had a nice time just by myself. Tried to make the tip right by myself like I couldn’t read the receipt told me the right amount & I flailed to give enough though I meant to give a couple extra dollars than the recommendation because I have never ever anywhere received service like center city Philly. My waitress Abby was pretty f’un perfect & polite without being a weirdo (everyone was). They deserve it. The normal excuse I get is “nobody’s perfect” well albeit I asked for no peppers which meant red peppers that came as a vegetable with my food & there was pepper seasoning on it & that was no big deal & it took a nice “relax” minute to get my food no big deal & it was really expensive to eat there no big deal I don’t go there every time my snap card runs out ykwin it is an experience &she forgot my shot & took away vmy ice but she brought it back. I mean there were nit picky things that did happen & there always is. ALWAYS people will complain about everything that’s not even wrong. My point is they handled their behavior & took accountability so very well. SO VERY WELL. These things will happen every where & they handled it so very well & I cannot say enough about how much that means. I got smiles, & politeness from each & everyone who worked & passed by me. I’m so grateful & I felt just truly awful about not tipping extra hahaha. I do hope better things come to miss Abby. Tysm. Everyone was so beautiful & professional.

Here for a conference, needed a close place to grab a bite. Ordered the grilled chicken Caesar salad. Service was extremely slow, they were fairly busy, but it was slow for even being busy. The chicken on my salad was unevenly cooked, didn’t eat about 1/3 of it.

Was very disappointed with our visit. Shortly after we were seated the fire alarm started going off and they opened the doors – told everyone to stay seated that it was just a small fire in the kitchen but they had to open the doors to air it out. This made the restaurant very chilly and we had to put our winter coats back on. The alarm rang and lights flashed continuously for approximately 10 minutes until the fire department arrived which was super annoying. The manager came around and asked if we were okay and we told him our complaints about the situation- he shook it off and visited the next table. Service wasn’t stellar and the food was nothing to write home about. The boneless house made bbq wings were dry and tasted like a shot of bourbon and my kids refused to eat them. The cheese flatbread wasn’t awful but wasn’t worth the price in my opinion. The grilled salmon noodle bowl was very dry and we had to order extra sauce. Food is overpriced and overrated. Don’t waste your time here – there are plenty of other excellent restaurants nearby.

I was born and raised here. Only visited Hard Rock once in my younger years. So I checked out this place. The vibes were awesome. Great Burgers and Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Music was great especially if you attended during live performances. Downside is wait times were very long. Overall it was definitely worth it.

My bus back to NYC was 2 hours late so I chose to hang out here. The 1st bartender got defensive on me but I quickly squashed it. The 2nd bartender was sweet & things went great. Drinks were strong and the onion rings done perfectly.
