I have gotten food here multiple times always the same thing. And they never get it right, the French Vanilla Taste like Caramel And dont order anything with extra bacon BECAUSE IT NEVER has extra bacon. I have got the same amount of bacon NO MATTER WHAT! They rip people off here Consistently.

Because of this locations size, they don’t carry everything that a typical DD restaurant might carry. For example, I’ve been unable to order a sandwich with Ciabatta bread or the vanilla bean coolatta. It can be very busy in the mornings from the mall staff so be prepared to wait. I also recommend checking your order before walking away. I’ve received completely wrong orders several times but the staff is always super nice about it and makes it right.

Idk what happened to this place there was a good staff about a year or 2 ago. Half the time they’re closed. My coffee is probably 10 percent coffee if that. I watched a guy poor coffee from one cup into my cup which was 90 percent full of ice and cream? Idk what’s going on???? The lady counted money for about 5 minutes before she even took my order….??? There was an older gentleman who used to work here with a lady and a young uy. They were so much better. Place went downhill bad. Avoid.

Everyone who works here is rude, inexperienced and should be fired. There really needs to be other people who work here. It’s the same three inconsiderate people every morning. They don’t listen and do whatever they want. I asked the lady to put oat milk in my drink twice and and when it was time to make it. Both of the women completely ignored the fact that I asked for it. I really hate coming here but it’s the closest one to the mall for people on septa.

Went in this morning for a breakfast sandwich. Under staffed, the one worker there waited on three customers before me, handling money, touching the register keys, pushing back her hair, and not once changing the gloves she wore! When I asked her to change her gloves handling my food, she seemed annoyed! And this is why communal infections spread.

Answer your phone!!!! When prepping for an early meeting and needing to pick up four boxes of Joe in the morning it would be helpful if I was given the option to call in the order. Especially when an attitude is given when you get there in the morning and place a large order. Answer your phone!!!!
