Hate to be doing this to a business I once loved. However I think airs important for the owners and others to know. Today I placed and online order for 2 16 inch pizzas (Meat lovers extra cheese, Pepperoni half cheese with extra cheese) and an order of cheese bread with extra cheese. When we arrived home it was to my surprise that the “cheesy bread” had very light cheese, the half cheese half pep was more like all pepperoni and one slice was just cheese. I called the restaurant to make this right. I asked to speak to the manager. The next part blew my mind. Once the person came to the phone I told them my issue, she put me on hold, then came back. This is the point everything went wrong. She came back with a very rude and snarky attitude, she questioned why I didn’t make them aware of this while I picked them up since they show you the pizzas, I guess I made the mistake of letting my 13 year old daughter pick them. She got an attitude and pretty much called me a liar, at this point I lost my cool. I asked to have 1 of the pizzas remade, due to my 6 year old having an issue with pepperoni (he’s a cheese lover) which she sounded very annoyed by. I told her that for $70 for two 16 inch pizzas and cheesy bread they could have done it right. She then agreed remake the pizza, told me to bring back the original pizza. I had no issue with this but found it odd since most places don’t want it back. When I returned to the restaurant it was not o my surprise or the staff. There was 2 teenagers in the back cuddling and laughing (I’d be looking into the cameras) explains why the pizzas weren’t made correctly. Everyone there looks under age and they are to busy doing other things. Highly disappointed with the customer service and over quality of the food. $70 for a couple of traditional crust pizzas is outrages, the least the could do is make them right. Below are the photos of the pizza I asked to have remade along with so called cheesy bread with extra cheese. Only 1 of the pizza was remade. To the owners, I’m saddened that a restaurant I once loved has gone done the drain with bad management and service.

I normally love this place but what happened? This is the large Chicago style? These are normally so thick I can only eat like 1 or 2. I ate 4 and could still eat more. Tastes good like always. For $24.50 I’d expect better. Even manager came over and said that’s what it’s always looked like. No. Sorry. It’s not. Added receipt pic. Just sad. Pizza, salad, coke and 2 waters.

It was an okay experience, the pizza is not bad but not the best, is just alright, the waitress had a passive-aggressive energy on us, at the end they charge you a 20% tip and if you don’t check it you might give more since is already included in the “total” i didn’t like that. It might be a good place on Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s since they have trivia night.

We ate there last week my wife had calzone and I had spaghetti and meatballs. The restaurant was only half full and didn’t appear to be that busy. It took 10 minutes for my spaghetti to come out and it was warm but not hot at all. It took 40 minutes for my wife’s calzone to come out and I was already done eating my meal by then. Her choice was hot and tasty. Servers were slow to refill drinks. Expensive for such poor service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a traditional crust pizza and it has so much cheese on it it was unbearable. It even covered parts of the crust. I tried to eat two slices but couldn’t get through how much cheese there was. I called and ended up speaking to the owner who basically put all the blame on me (even though he said they have new staff who could have put too much cheese) because I looked at the pizza before heading out. There was no way for me to know that the cheese was that thick until I tried to pick the slice up and eat it. I was going to try to eat the rest but it was too much. I asked for a credit and when he declined because I ate two slices I asked for a partial credit. He then said he’d remake it and for me to bring the pizza back. I agreed to do so and informed I could not come today but would come with the pizza another day during the week. He then told me that it had to be today. This was poor customer service asking the customer to be inconvenienced by returning the same day after making it home instead of allowing me to bring the pizza back in a few days to accommodate for their mistake. He was also ok with losing a customer over $6-13.

The pizza was fantastic the beer was ice cold and cheap the atmosphere was nice tvs all around wait staff was attentive asking to refill my beer when it was only at a 1/4 full, all in all I had a great experience at a great price must stop little shop!

Go to any other location but rogers. Rogers location can’t get a pizza right to save their life have been to this location which has been 5-6 times in the last 4 months…. Every other location I highly recommend but rogers kitchen can’t get food right
