Food quality and service are both hit or miss, more miss than hit tho. They cheat on their drive-thru stats by immediately making you pull forward past the last window so they can mark you as being served before you get your food. Tonight I ordered a sandwich with chicken, bacon, tomato, pickle and cheese, they didn’t say they were out of anything at the speaker or in the 5 seconds I was at the window before they made me pull up by the door. Eventually someone wandered out with my bag but didn’t say anything about there being any issues with the order. Got home and my sandwich had chicken and a couple burnt bacon crumbles, no cheese, pickle or tomato. Another sandwich in my order had pickles and cheese tho! Called the store letting them know the issue and the lady that answered said it was because they were out of everything and that the person that brought out the bag should have told me that. I mentioned that the other sandwich had pickles and cheese and she claimed they used the last of everything on that one. I asked for a refund and she said because it was a mobile order she couldn’t refund my money and I had to do it in the app. I told her I couldn’t cancel anything since they marked the order as complete instead of canceling the sandwich they couldn’t make and she hung up on me! I called back to get her name and she refused to give it. I told her I’d be calling back to talk to someone else on Monday and her response was “I’ll be gone by the time you can call corporate” and hung up again. She took the phone off the hook after that.

I’m not one to point out every little thing when I go to a place of service. However, when first walking in here I knew it wouldn’t be a good experience. The place was filthy, and not just the bathroom, there was trash scattered all over. Ketchup was spilled and never addressed, napkins were on the floor right in direct view of the employee, and seats and tables looked like they haven’t been wiped in awhile. Employees were yelling and cussing at one another, seemed to be quite frustrated. The gentleman that took the order got it wrong, despite his attitude being adequate. He also was not wearing a Wendy’s uniform, had some sort of cream colored hoodie on. No presence of any management at all. I’m not complaining, but hoping someone that cares about this business notices things needs to change. I will not be returning here because of this one experience, despite most of Wendy’s restaurant being quite pleasant.

I came through the drive thu today to get a $5 meal deal and unfortunately the fries were a bit stale, so i called and a worker named Mike answered and he hooked me up with fresh French fries and also had me laughing hysterically. The other guy working the front was also really friendly. All in all great service and experience

This was the most horrible experience at a Wendy’s I have ever had. Besides being short staffed the manager (?) was complaining to customers, rude to what staff she had, and couldn’t seem to get orders right. Whoever runs this location needs to train his employees, get a new manager, and be present so this doesn’t happen again.

This place always forgets my condiments and silverware. Drive thru or doordashing. It’s on the receipt, just read the receipt. If I order a sour cream and chive baked potato with butter added, I expect sour cream, chives, and butter. Or dip for nuggets and fries. Or utensils for eating chili/frosty. Get it together!

Usually this Wendy’s is great but Sunday afternoon I went here and it was horrible. I waited ten minutes at the speaker to order and then waited another 40 MINUTES at the window before I got my order. The burger was cold and gross and the fries were burnt from being cooked twice. I asked the manager for my money back and she said sorry their sandwich maker went home and then closed the window on me. I live a block from this place and probably won’t be back.
