I manage an apartment community where I let Pudge Brothers advertise for free in our welcome packets and on property bulletin boards . We ordered from them for a team lunch and left a pretty nice sized tip only to find when reconciling the receipts that the delivery person gave herself an extra $3.15. I called to discuss while they were not open and left a voicemail. They didn’t call back so I called again and was told that they never check their voicemails. Really good business model there. When I began speaking the person on the phone said “have a nice day!” and hung up on me. I was not degrading in my tone and, while I am at work, I was speaking in a professional matter. I just want to get my darn receipts reconciled. After all of the free advertising that we do for them I cannot believe that they treated us this way. The pizza wasn’t even that good, anyway. Guess whose brochures are no longer going in our packets?

If you are going to visit Pudge Brothers Littleton I recommend carrying out or dining in if that’s an option. I give it 2 starts for the quality of the food because there hasn’t been one dish I have not been a fan of. My delivery order took exactly 2 hours to get to my house, one hour after the store closed. I called the branch and they explained how sorry they were and would give me a 2 liter on the house and I thanked them and waited another 35 minutes to receive my order. My driver was quite rude and “lost” his pen for me to sign my receipt. I told him it wasn’t my job to have a pen and I wasn’t going to search my drawers for one especially after the experience. He refused to leave my property until I found a pen to sign my receipt. I called back the branch and let them know the situation and to inform their employee to vacate the property. After a bit of convincing to the driver he left only to wait in his car in front of my house for a half hour after 11:30 P.M.. He then had the audacity to come back to my garage and ask for one of the receipts he left. After almost having to escort the driver off of my property, he finally left. I called the store back and requested to speak with the owner named Joe and I am still waiting on his call.

Ive never written one of these before. Visiting from New York, I had my doubts about any Pizza west of the Hudson River (and I have 30 years of heartburn on the road to prove it) but Pudge Bros made a believer out of me Visiting my kids in Littleton (also from NY) we enjoyed the experience. Even though there was a choice of sauce (which sounds nice) I asked for the closest thing to NY and was told about their zesty Marinara. Delivery was quick and hot. Very happy. We will return.

Very disappointing customer service. I phoned in my order in advance and when I showed up they couldn’t find a record of it. Then, they told me they found it but had it down for 30 minutes later. At this point, it was already nearly 30 minutes later and they weren’t working on our pizzas. So, we got our pizzas 40 minutes after they were due.

I was treated so poorly it was unbelievable. They claimed they came to my house, I have 4 people who live with me, so there’s no way we missed them at the door, and they claimed they called me 4 times. When I called to ask where my food was the manager, instead of making things right like he’s supposed to, just yelled at me and said he was “done with us”. I don’t know what we did wrong but the way I was treated just wasn’t right. I’ve been eating pudge brothers for years, always recommend it to people. That’s no longer the case. I now see why this place only has a 1 star rating. Not okay. So disrespectful and the manager was so rude.

So the calzones were good but they charged me 7000, yes thousand, dollars for my delivery. They did call me the following morning to say they were fixing this “fat fingered” mistake but this was not the case. So I’m currently unable to make my car payment, rent payment, and have no money for anything food or gas related. They crippled me financially. Haven’t been able to get a hold of the manager again, but she was at least polite when I spoke with her the first time, and am having to dispute the charge as fraudulent with my card company. Thankfully I still have half a calzone to feed me between now and my next paycheck two ish weeks from now.

Absolutely the worst experience. It has taken 2 hours for a large pizza to be delivered 5 minutes away. The employee by the name of Joshua is the rudest, most disrespectful person I have ever come across. Manager was not on shift. I will never order through them again.

Love this place, the chicken Alfredo pizza is perfect. They deliver and the food is always steaming hot and delivered promptly. Their fries are huge and cooked just right, and the portions are huge. The chicken parm sandwich with fries on the side is my absolute favorite and sure to fill you up.

This is the worst Place Ever !!! The Manager is Beyond Rude and Racist!! He Ignored me at First for 5 MINS Then When I go towards the door he repeats Foul Remarks Towards Me. I asked him what’s his reason for not serving me & he starts screaming at the top of his lungs me and my friends chase us out the place , took pictures of us and spit in our direction. I can see if we was being rude but we literally came in and talked to other white customers that had no problem with us . A older lady even acknowledged that they was purposly ignoring us ! It truly is crazy that in 2017 people are still against not serving people of color. NEVER COMING BACK !!!

I like pizza same as the next, but when you have to use a spoon to eat it…… in my opinion the crust is too thin. When you pick up a slice it shouldn’t fold over like a wet noodle while all the toppings fall off. Taste good though.
