It is a constant irritation when I arrive at work and noticed that they did not make my egg and cheese on a croissant properly. They made a sausage, egg and cheese as I clearly asked for. They constantly do this. This has happened to me about four times now. And on one occasion, my iced coffee was a hazelnut coffee. Good thing I’m not deathly allergic to hazelnut!

This location is HORRIBLE. I’ve had MULTIPLE instances where the people working there are uneducated and don’t know about the promos and mischarge for items. I went a week ago and left without one of my items I ordered due to arguing with one of the workers about a miscommunication about a promo (no shock there). They charged me extra. Called corporate 2x to get a refund and all they tell me is they can send a notice to the franchisee owner and he has to call me to get my refund. They sent the notice 2x already and it has been almost a week and I still have no phone call from the owner to get my money back. i’d rather drive an hour, then go back to this location.

I see why this place is rated what it is… NASTY… employees seem unaware of the items they offer.. like. If i order a cocoa mocha latte, theres only ONE of those on the menu.. tell me why you ring me up for a coffee with mocha swirl in it… and it still wasnt made correctly.. absolute garbage. First AND LAST time i will ever step foot in this place. I will say the premises was clean! Thats it! How do you work somewhere and dont know how to make items you offer…?

Terrible service. Been going for a while in hopes that they wouldn’t mess up the order. I’m done with this location, always gets things wrong. Only way to get what you want is to order the complete opposite thing. Better chance of winning the lottery then getting the right thing you order. Don’t recommend going here unless you like getting frustrated

Worst customer service ever. Not one bad experience, but 3! The employees don’t wear masks or gloves while putting together orders. My first experience, they gave me 2 completely different donuts than I had ordered in my order. The second time, they messed up the drinks, mine and my friend’s. The third time, they charged me for a donut that they didn’t have, and replaced it with a donut that costed way less. That’s when I had enough and decided to go inside instead of the drive through and complained to the management and they did absolutely nothing. Of course, once again, speaking to me with no mask on.

The ladies who work at this place are either unqualified or they purposely make wrong orders so that they have less customers to serve in the future. First time I in countered their service, they made my order wrong. I asked for a sesame bagel and they gave me a raisin bagel and didn’t even make my coffee right. Since, it was the first time, I gave benefit of doubt but next time I went there they did the same! I ordered 3 coffees and all of them were made wrong purposely. When you ask for whole milk to be added to your coffee, it is standard to have 3 pumps but they made it with 1 pump of milk. Additional, I asked for caramel iced coffee so it is standard to have 3 pumps of caramel but she made it with 1! When we asked for a little more milk to be added to one of the hot coffee I ordered because it was too dark, the lady added too much and made the coffee absolutely cold! Such bad service! All the ladies who works there just cannot take the right order and make it right! It seems that they do this on purpose so that customers do not return to that place.
