I placed a mobile order. I had put specifics on my order. The staff did a good job at paying attention to those details. My pizza came out just the way I wanted. It was the best experience I’d had with a Marco’s in a while. Also I should I am new to the area, so made a huge impression on me. I will be a regular with this location.

Love Marcos pizza but lately.. .Bad customer service and quality issues regularly. The new system wouldnt honor the white board deal displayed in the store. No leadership available to honor prices advertised in the store. I was told loyalty points were no more . I was on my second trip because my first order of 15 wings was buffalo and not bbq like I intended. The new system must default to buffalo flavor??? Either way $18 dollars gone but i counted that as my fault. I tried to call in the order to make things quicker (as I had family traveling through for a short time but needed those wings for a dairy free kid). but sounded like i was hung up on.. drove back and had to wait 25+ mins for a pizza that was not thin crust. Which I mentioned several times during the order. I was also told i could not half the toppings and get the deal (sausage one side chicken the other). Glad I looked in the car before I got home. No apologies and another 20 minutes of waiting yet still, no priority to get me my pizza off the shelf just sitting there. Mind you I have the rest of the order (BBQ wings and puffy half cheesed crazy bread(dough hadn’t settled)) in

I had a bad experience with Marco Polo few years ago which was my first time approaching them. I drove up to their store on Lake Murray blvd SC about 15 mins before close,I thought I would place my order from inside my car then go inside to collect eventually. Anyways I saw 3 workers doing nothing chatting while the phone rang out,I even noticed one of the workers looked at it and just continued their convo. Now fast forward to today where I attempted to purchase their pizza online since they sent around coupons via mail. I tried calling to place order then go to pick up again phone rang out several times, that didn’t work either so I drove over there since I’m like 2 mins away. A worker told me other customers having the same issue and she cannot do my order nor apply their coupons. What a waste of peoples time because management don’t or can’t seem to fix these issues most of these restaurants has. I will never attempt to support that business ever.

Honestly the worst place to order pizza in Irmo. Every single time we order here there is an issue. This time we ordered delivery and received a pizza where half of our pizza was bare- just crust and sauce remnants – because the toppings slid to the other side of the pizza. I can only assume the driver was driving recklessly for this to happen. Another time we discovered hair in our pizza and called to complain and the manager we spoke to was very disrespectful. We stopped going for awhile after that because of that instance. It’s been about two years so we decided to give it another shot, and receive this mess. Lol get it together.

Horrible experience tonight. Ordered our standard order. Took almost an hour to get here which was still OK (Friday night and all somewhat expected). Pizza got here and it was unbelievably thin. Like less than 2 whole CMs thin. Pizza was also old and cold. Texture was cardboard. Called to get the issue resolved. Spoke with Manager Andrew who offered a remake and delivery. This was fine by me because we really did want a Marcos Pizza. Threw the first Pizza in the trash. Not 5 minutes later the Manager Andrew calls me back stating that he can no longer offer a remake and delivery and to get a remake I would have to bring the old Pizza back up there to trade in for the new Pizza. I paid for delivery and included a tip but now I have to drive to correct your mistake?? Told Andrew I would not be doing that as I had paid for delivery and if they couldn’t do that,I wanted a refund (Also, old Pizza is already in the trash). Instead of confirming this information, he hung up the phone while I was still speaking. When I called back to confirm he would be refunding the money, he would not answer. Very very unprofessional. 35.00 for an inedible Pizza and Rude Customer Service. Won’t be ordering from them again which is sad because before moving here, we have loved Marcos for years. We won’t be using them any more. I’ve had better Pizza from gas stations. Had the option to leave a survey and did and will also be calling corporate.

I have been ordering from Marco’s for years. I love the pizzas. I love the service. I love the fact that Marcos offers coupons on their pizzas. What I don’t like is the new coupon policy that stipulates my order (after coupon and before tax and delivery fee )must equal to $15 in order for delivery. The total for the my regular order, with the 15% coupon applied is $14.02 It is $.92 short of your newly applied minimum. There are only 2 people in my family. I don’t want to order a larger pizza nor do I want add additional toppings to the pizza nor do I want to add a side to my order. I am more than willing to pay that $.92 difference for my pizza to be delivered. I am a loyal customer who always tips the 25%, but I don’t like feeling that I am being railroaded into having to purchase additional items that will way exceed the $.92. If you need that $.92 that badly, just put an option on the order form where I can agree to pay it. This type of squeeze technique is really beneath the the standard of what I thought Marcos represented. In all fairness I did talk directly to one of the store managers who was kind enough to make an adjustment. However, how long can I expect this kindness to be extended? I do plan to continue to order delivery pizzas but how will things work in the future?
