I had the most horrible experience when I went there 2 days ago I ordered my food with my wife and when I asked to order my food they had already skipped me, and went to someone next to line. and I told them I shouldn’t have to wait then they said they didn’t mean to send me to the back of line! to clean it up and let me go but that’s after the whole fiasco! Also they did not give me my cookie I hate to make a big deal about it but the way they inflate the charges on these combos you definitely want your cookie so my burrito looked really nice I got home all the ingredients were trash! everything tasted horrible I had to give it to my German shepherd for that much money and all that much unprofessionalism to add to the fact all the workers were just Looking like they were chilling at the house no professionalit’s um didn’t really have any Passion in their jobs I will definitely not come there again it’s a shame ..

So I go to Qudoba at 9:25 they close at 10 and as soon as I was about to grab the door the young guy with dreads starts throwing pans on the floor this location needs to be shut down no matter who they get as management the employees are not held accountable for their actions. I just turned around and left because I didn’t want rude service or cold food because they we’re focused on cleaning instead of the customer.

came in 30 minutes before closing, first thing i notice is how greasy looking and dirty the windows look, and all 3 employees looked extremely miserable. one was doing the trash, and the entire lobby was in disarray. I’ve closed a restaurant hundreds of times in my life and understand how badly you want to go home, but this was just ridiculous. Store was ‘out of chips’ half an hour before closing and when i got home the rice in my burrito was crunchy, so either not properly cooked or very old. So, didn’t finish my $12 burrito. needs better management / crew.

My choice was the burrito at Qodoba because it was easier to eat and share than the tacos. There were plenty of tacos and burritos on the menu for me, and they were all served hot and fresh. The meat and toppings are tasty and perfectly cooked, and the tortillas are warm and pliable to go with them. To avoid burning your mouth off, the salsas are available in three heat levels: mild, medium, and hot.

Everytime we dine in at this location they never have shrimp for the Surf and Turf.The dining room is dirty, today the tables were all wet and the floor had trash everywhere. Very unpleasant. And the meals are put together messy,we had to add for do overers.Please address these issues.

I understand customers aren’t always right. I witnessed a district manager excessively argue with the customer in front of me. It was to a point where the customer was on his way out AFTER purchasing his food (a bit disgruntled), but the manager continued to go back and forth with him which made him turn around and request a refund. I felt at any point SHE could have just STOPPED. There was even another employee trying to encourage her to stop. It was BAD.

Every time I go to this Qdoba the kids that are working are super rude with the worst attitudes. Half of the time they are too busy laughing and joking to even try and get my order right. I have gone in before 7 pm on multiple occasions and they are out of chicken or shrimp. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Very unfortunate!
