Thanks for the handful of fries but hey at least I got an extra piece of soggy toast. Not the worst but used to be better. Didn’t give me any of the sauces that they asked me if I wanted just a slight annoyance no fry sauce either and usually they always give that. Maybe just some less attentive employees working

So far this is our favorite Dairy Queen! We visit every time we’re in St. George Utah. One of the few locations that actually registers your reward points and honors coupons. They also give senior discounts and make great Blizzards!!

Terrible customer service. Google maps said the lobby was open until 10:00 PM and we arrived at 9:55. We went into the lobby and they informed us that the lobby closed at 9. One of the employees pointed at the door and said the sign said 9, so I politely said “oh google maps said 10:00 , we’ll go through the drive thru.” So we’re in the drive thru along with a few cars in front of us. We get to the order spot and wait for about 5 minutes and no one would take our order or say anything to us. So we drive forward toward the window. They are still serving the cars in front of us. They then turn off the outside lights. We still assume they will serve us because they were still serving two cars in front of us. When we finally get to the window an employee looks at us and turns and walks away. He didn’t say anything to us and ignores us, as well as a few other employees. They knew we there but continued to ignore us. After about a minute we honked. They still ignored us. After a second honk, finally a young lady came and asked what the problem was. It was obvious what we were there for and she had the gall to say “what’s the problem?” Unbelievable. She said we’re closed and couldn’t serve us. We asked nicely why they wouldn’t let us know, and the fact that they served the car in front of us, and then ignored us. We also asked why she was blatantly ignoring us, and she had no answer. You would think that they would have come on the speaker while we were waiting there for five minutes and let us know they could not serve us. It was so rude. Never been treated like that before in any services. We were stuck in that line for about 25 minutes.

Went through drive-thru the other day and was helped by an employee that was clearly sick. He couldn’t stop sniffing and wiping his nose withhis hand as he is telling someone behind him to “stop it”. He then looks at us and said his manager keeps trying to whip him with a towel. He then tells him to stop it or I’ll cough all over you! Really DQ? Do better! That food went straight into the trash!

Went through drive thru. They forgot a spoon with my icecream. How did they expect me to eat it? I parked and tried going into the lobby to get one. Doors were locked at 9:00. They close at 10. I knocked on the door and the employees looked at me at me, shrugged their shoulders and walked away. Bad service.

Stopped in for a Blizzard. I was a bit disappointed the chocolate only went a little way down and wasn’t mixed well. Something you don’t know until you reach the halfway point. I even got a medium, so I don’t feel it should be too much to ask to have chocolate throughout the Bli,zard.
