I’ve never been treated this poorly in a restaurant. The woman who sat us is apparently the manager and owner. She is also very rude. This was our Mother’s Day outing. Yes, the four of us girls shared two lunch combos, side of beans, and a large queso ($9). The whole ticket was only $35, and I tipped the waiter $6. We didn’t want to be too full, and have a bunch of to go containers in the hot car. We asked for more chips and salsa two times, and our waiter never returned. My sister got irritated and went to the counter. It all fell apart then. After three different people visited the table asking what we needed, the owner comes back with chips and salsa, and says the first batch is free. She was clearly not happy with us. After that, my sister chomped into a small piece of black plastic in her salad. Stuff happens. It’s not the end of the world. She told the owner. She even said I’m not looking for a free meal, but you should know. That’s when she started saying that we only ordered one meal between four people. Not true. So, it all became clear. We did not spend enough money to deserve more chips and salsa. By the way, I would’ve paid for the extra chips and salsa if the waiter had just said that to begin with. In addition, they never cleared dishes or refilled waters. I have dined at this location many times over the past decade. There are decent Mexican restaurants all over Indianapolis. I will never return to this one.

After 20 years of coming here, I am DONE. We have been here so many times, but we were rudely treated by the manager there. We were given the wrong items. We purposely ordered on the AL la Carte menu to save money. I asked for two “beef and cheese” and got two “beef and cheese burritos” instead. Paid $8.95 instead of $5.99. My wife asked for one burrito, standard beef/nacho cheese and red sauce and added 3 shrimp; they gave her one burrito with NO red sauce, queso on top with 3 shrimp. So we paid $9.00 instead of the $5.50. Instead of budgeting for a $15 meal, it wound up nearly double just under $30. After my wife went back in to explain, this lady was curt, rude, not willing to understand, and then took $3 out of the cash register and TOSSED it at my wife. My wife explained that we were just trying to save money and that we, had 2 orders wrong and it was double what we planned to spend. Management is awful, and only cares about their money, not loyal customers. I hope nobody else is treated like we were, and my wife was sweet and kind about it. We will never return, thanks for ruining a good restaurant for us. Plus my wife is so sweet, she didn’t even take the money and cried because how they treated her.

Ordered fajitas for 2 and received the same amount of food as previous visits when I ordered the 1 person dish. 1 serving of toppings, beans, and rice. Only 3 tortillas for 2 people – 1.5 each?!? I understand increasing prices because of inflation but how do they also cut the portion in half? Mentioned at cash register when they asked how everything was, but didn’t respond to my feedback. Will not spend my money there again. Too many similar choices where I feel like I can get my money’s worth.

We had a very bad experience tonight with a female staff and I believed she is the manager. when we mentioned the food not taste fresh and the chorizo sausage tasted rotten! She literally charged and ready to start a fight with us ! She was rude and aggressive toward us the whole time when she approached and she seemed had no training on customer service! Probably not going back there again !

Horrrrible service, waiter was all over the place and they weren’t even that busy. Asked for to go boxes 10mins later not got one so needless to say his tip got taken away. ALONG with getting charged 8% “state tax” when state tax or sales tax is 7%.
