Love the decor and ambiance. Nice bar area and plenty of seating. The open kitchen is cool as you can watch then prepare the food. Great service at the table. Had the fish and chips and it was wonderful!

Came here to try the steak. Ordered rib eye, bison medallion, and the lobster. The steak cuts are seasoned well and priced fairly. We ordered two medium cooked ribeye but one came out as medium rare. Bison medallion is thicker than beef ribeye. It came out fewer than I thought and doesn’t look like 16oz.

Nina was our server and she was absolutely great! The food was really good for the most part…we had several things that we shared but the chicken and wild rice soup is not one I would recommend. The salmon Fettuccine Alfredo was excellent, as was the wedge salad. The atmosphere gets 4 stars as the establishment is very Carbondale…wants to be upscale but has a very casual vibe.

I would definitely give this place an A+ for ambiance. It is located in the quaint downtown Carbondale, and open every day, which is helpful when many of the restaurants there are not. We sat on the patio, which was large and nicely decorated. The restaurant has the perfect mountain rustic/chic vibe. There was a lovely fire pit that they turned on, as it got dark and chilly. The service was attentive. The food itself was just okay. My husband had the trout, which he was really looking forward to. It was over-cooked and had a random assortment of vegetables and almonds beneath it. I had a soup and salad. The salad was good but the soup was kind of watery and flavorless. The food was presented well, but overall flavor was lacking. However, I would likely give this place another try if I happen to be in town again.

I literally spent 80 bucks but normally for a good meal that wouldn’t bother me at all. My steak was burned on the outside, I really mean black and inside it was very rare. I like my steak medium well. See, I got my order to go because I had fries as an appetizer beforehand. So I had no idea till I got home that my meal was like this. My very first time going there and my very last time as well. Dissatisfied and disappointing needless to say.

Had an excellent dinner experience! We sat at the bar, which is so beautiful. We sampled different drinks from the bar menu – each one was delicious. So creative that the names of the drinks are all songs! Appetizers were great. Love a good tempura fried pickle. My boyfriend had the sirloin for dinner and I had the rainbow trout. Finally for dessert, we had the flour-less chocolate cake which the espresso martini. Ah-mazing. We will be back soon!

We had decided to do lunch in Carbondale and came across this restaurant which was quite the place to eat at. Coated on Main Street, it is centrally located that easily attracts onlookers walking by. The interior of the restaurant has a very brick like look giving an urban feeling and the food was delicious. I highly encourage travelers coming through Carbondale to enjoy good food with great customer service within a delightful setting.

Beautiful dining experience, both inside and outside, (with 2 outdoor dining settings to choose from, on the patio by the fireplace or new side-street seating). The menu is well thought out with many options (meatballs, corn, steak, and the steak sandwich are my favorite!). Great selection of drinks with friendly staff. Highly recommend.
