Have ordered from here multiple times thinking I would give them the benefit of the doubt. So everytime I’d try something new… Everything we’ve ever gotten has been tasteless, subs are all dough, pizza has never actually has much cheese. Food is burnt, overcooked, nasty. Don’t waste your money.. The man who answered the phone was very polite, and said he’d talk to the owner. However, judging by these comments it doesn’t seem it would do much good unfortunately.

Just say no! no! to Jo Jo. We ordered a large cheese pizza for $17.00. I truly believe it was a frozen pizza that was heated up. No that’s harsh. Frozen pizza is much better. By far the worst pizza I have ever tasted. Everything about it was off. Cheap ingredients and bad dough make for a losing combination. Avoid at all cost.

Just ordered two pizzas through the Slice app. Ordered at 8:12pm. Delivery window was 8:42-8:57. Food arrived at 9:30. I had called twice and the shop did not sound at all concerned, just stated the food was on its way. When it did show up, the pizza was cold. Slice has no ability to refund me, and they said the shop apparently could but they wouldn’t authorize it. Zero satisfaction with this order. Let down by Jo Jo’s and Slice. Customer service is so simple to get right, and this was a complete failure.

Nothing about my experience with the owner has been enjoyable. I work close and have gotten lunch here as a last resort. I’ve tried their food multiple times and have never found anything I liked. When the owner saw me get food delivered from elsewhere, she came into my workplace and yelled at me calling me disrespectful and ignorant since her restaurant is right there. Don’t waste your time or money going here to be verbally assaulted by the owner. Do yourself a favor and go to the Hummelstown JoJos for better food and customer service!

I brought a chicken calzone and boneless chicken wings yesterday. The boneless chicken wings were hard, dark brown and just dough. It seems they took remains of fried dough with no chicken and put it in the box. It was stale and I was unable to eat it. The calzone had pieces of chicken which I had to search for. What a waste of money. Will not be recommending to anyone.
