Total BS at the drive through. 4 cars left so far including an officer. 8:41pm literally ordered nothing much at all and I screenshotted to show we’re still waiting. Its 9:01 we just got the order. Their excuse “we had a lot of orders” when it was maybe 20 max in there and already finished eating. No excuses for that poor service. Food is great though

Waited longer than 30 minutes for food for two and ice cream they brought the ice cream out and it was completely melted and on top of that the girl ran inside before I could tell her anything about the ice cream.

Stopped in for a bite to eat on the go. We were traveling back home to San Antonio. The food and service were great. Hard workers! You all deserve a job well done. You know we were a little skeptical off stopping on our way home. We did not see any cars in the parking lot, but I am sure glad we did. The food was great and the blizzard was great. Thank you for what you all do and hope to see you all again soon next time we pass thru town. Keep up the great work!!!

Today I went in for 2 cone’s the young lady at the counter was very polite & smiled as she repeated my order I believe her name was Tori it was a pleasant experience compared to my last visit where the woman @ the counter was extra salty. I ordered the blizzard special & when I was trying to tell her how I wanted my burger she kept saying “what else, is that it” she made me feel like I was inconvenience. She didn’t ask what flavor I wanted my blizzard so when I finished my meal & asked for my blizzard I was informed that there was no Oreos! What a disappointment.

My favorite has always been the crispy tacos. Today’s experience was the worst I have ever had. I asked for the tacos without lettuce. They arrived as ordered, however when I picked up the taco it broke under the pressure of all the grease and meat. I appreciate the fact they filled the taco, however the tacos were swimming in the grease that covered the bottom of the paper boat. Not to mention the fact that the taco was barely warm! I did speak with the manager. I asked if I could get a hungerbuster jr instead, and she willingly obliged. The burger was ok. When I finished my burger, I went to the counter to get a small cone. The manager assisted me, and made small chit-chat. When she brought me my cone she made a lame attempt at making up for the mess up and handed me a kiddie size cone along with my small cone. I feel if she wanted to make it up to me, she should have comped my small cone. I made contact with their corporate headquarters. Not sure anything will be done, but I definitely felt the manager could have been more accommodating.
