Ordered jumbo wings for my coworkers and I and picked up my order. When I arrived at work and opened my container they had these small sized wings in its place. When I called and spoke to the cashier she apologized and advised me they did not have any jumbo wings so they gave me the small ones. I then replied you gave me small wings at a jumbo price, she said the cook gave me extra. While on the phone I counted with her and they shorted me 10, and most of the wings were just bones. I usually never complain and never make a big deal about these things but to pay $72 for wings and get this junk is not right. I like to add the owner is yet to call me about this. I usually enjoy the food here, but maybe I’ll find another location for myself and coworkers to order from.

Peppers is a very nice neighborhood Deli with a very nice menu! Every time I get food from here it’s tasty and as advertised. All I’d say is that the feel inside is a bit crowded and could use a sprucing up. The slot machines take away from the niceness and it could have a nicer seating area. The food saves it because it’s all good. I’d definitely still reccomend this deli.

Soooo many times we gave you guy chances now i am done 35+ we paid for cheese and meat on my moms sandwich not hot cold and it says hot mine buffalo cheese stake cheese not melted and half had no cheese had to add my own and it was stone cold we had to heat it up and we picked to up and we are not even 3 min away and i have photos to update thanks for getting back to me just kidding you guys didn’t get back to me i told 6 of my friends not to go to you any more they are done with you

I’ve been getting food here for well over 10 years but unfortunately this time was the last. The quality of the food has gone down significantly, and my order is never correct even though I order online. My orders were always correct, and the food was fresh and delicious but now I unfortunately can’t say the same. I’ve tried giving it more chances even after the quality/ accuracy issues but I can’t keep doing so.

The worst experience I’ve had in a long time. New to the area and received the flyer in my mailbox so I thought I would give it a try. Paid almost $80 for the worst pizza and service ever. Called after my order arrived to inquire about the stale pizza i received, asked for the manager/supervisor. Waited on hold and the same young woman who took my order posed as the manager, changed her name to Bianca (I believe she stated her name was Kelly when I placed my order) Never again. If she would of at least had good customer service skills I would of just let it go and moved on to the next one. Felt impelled to at least save at least one person who knows good pizza to stay away and not go through what I went through.

We had moved into our home in July and have gotten a few “welcome to the neighborhood” offers over the last two months. So we tried to call for this order we got in the mail last Friday (August 30) the person who answered the phone said they had no such offer even though we got this in the mail that week! Even claimed I wasn’t their offer and asked me to make sure it had their information on it. I explained that how I even got their contact information. As you can see from the photos I attached it has their address and other information on this. She told me they had other offers but not this offer. There is no expiration date so the offer might be old, but again why did we get it last week why mail it out if it’s old enough the employees have no idea it even existed?

I placed my order on line. I will admit I was apprehensive about it. I arrived at the restaurant and was met by friendly service. I picked up my Pizza after a brief wait as I had paid in advance another point of apprehension, yet each point of my apprehension was met with smooth service and albeit not lightning fast. It’s adequate and thorough. The pizza I shared with 2 coworkers and we enjoyed it very much.
