Literally the most ghetto taco bell ever. Asked for Doritos locos tacos, which are very clearly listed on the drive-through menu to which they respond “u gotta do that online”. Half the items on the menu they don’t have or don’t feel like making. Probably better off going anywhere else.

I showed up after ordering on the app. I had ordered ten minutes prior before even leaving my house. I had to yell into the box for five minutes before a voice said it would be 15-20 minutes for food. When I pulled in they were all just sitting at the table next to the order screens on their phones. Must have been a real team building exercise. The three cars behind me ended up leaving and going to Popeyes across the street after being told 15 minutes for food. I waited twenty minutes for my food in the parking lot. This place has gone down hill fast and I won’t be back. If you don’t want to work just quit and sit at home on your phone. If I could give it zero stars I would.

It’s 10:30pm and we stopped by . There was no other cars in line but the person in the intercom told us there was a 15 minute wait. Why is there a 15 minute????!!!! Why is Taco Bell employing lazy people??? I can understand if you have long lines but no… we drive around and saw that no one was in line. What is wrong with people these days??? Stop wasting space if you don’t want to work!!!! You have til 12am til you close!!! Taco Bell please do something about your employees!

If I could get this restaurant zero stars, I would. They gave me a crunchy wrap supreme with no meat or sour cream. It was just a crunchy shell with the flower tortilla lettuce with melted cheese. It was so disgusting I threw it away never again I don’t know why I keep coming back and giving them chances when they proved me in the wrong every time. Just nasty i they don’t deserve to be in business I gave them $20 when they deserved to be shut down I tried to call them but didn’t answer so I will be calling corporate

This place is a mess. They either don’t let you order through the drive through, or (if later) the line takes about 10 minutes per person. I once made a mobile order and had to just leave because I can’t wait for an hour. Seems to be almost exclusively here for door dash, with staff that are here to hang out.

Worst Taco Bell in town. They gave my order to the wrong person (or just didn’t make it, I really don’t know) so when DoorDash went to get it, they straight up lied and said it had gotten picked up by a different driver. They don’t pick up the phone and they were extremely rude to the drivers trying to get my food. Now, I’m out $30 and I didn’t even get anything. You should just remake the order instead of being rude. Y’all made the mistake so you should fix it.

Ordered a crunchwrap and box, only recieved crunchwrap (which tasted off/spoiled). I reported that I was missing most of my order, and they still charged me full price for the crunchwrap and only took 50% off of the box WHICH I DID NOT RECIEVE. I feel scammed. I will make sure to check which location I order from next time, and it will NOT be this one.

Idk why people hate this place. They’re solid, I order here all the time and the employees are always cool and courteous, my order is always correct, and it never tastes bad. Order is incorrect every single time. Today we thought to double check no items were missing before leavin(luckily all was there), but half of it was made incorrectly. I ordered a chicken quesadilla that had hardly any chicken or cheese, and there was no sauce in it that always comes in the quesadillas. I also ordered a steak chalupa with avocado ranch sauce. It was missing the sauce and had only a few small pieces of steak in it (I basically ate a lettuce wrap). They also conveniently didn’t supply a receipt so I can’t leave a review directly with them. Bummer because the workers are always pleasant in the drive thru window…
