The customer service I recieved from the girls here today was beyond exemplary. The espresso machine was broke, but they were doing thier best to fix it. They aren’t trained techs, but they were definitely doing all they could to get the machine working again. Even though thier day wasn’t going the greatest, both employees kept smiles on thier faces, and did everything in thier power to ensure customers were happy. I wish I had caught thier names, but I hope they get the recognition they deserve for doing an amazing job.

Republic Starbucks needs better management and a regular staff that really care about making great drinks. Also could use a drive thru. Sometimes I get friendly service and good drinks but it’s very inconsistent. Seems more like a Starbucks training facility.

I was refused service because I wanted chai and she didn’t want to make it. You don’t need to work by your self if you don’t want to make the easiest drink to make in the store. we waited 20 minutes for her to tell us that we didn’t want to make a chai. And your the manger you need to have someone else trained to help you outside of Starbucks if your unable to make a drink. I worked at Starbucks for 5 years and I have never refused someone service.

I have come to this location for years. The last 6 months have been terrible. The newer staff is rude and more worried about socializing with other co workers. They always are out of basically everything. Today was just the icing on the cake for me to not come back to this location. The two girls working were rude and just glared at me when I was ordering. My friend ordered a venti and the cup was half full.
