If I could give this a zero star I would.. I had a lady at the drive through mess my order up no biggie it happens however she not only messed up my order she shorted me $3 when I told her she laughed in my face and said “I know how to count I’m not stupid!” She had me pull up and I did thinking she would give me my food and money and they gave me the wrong order once again and didn’t give me my change back so I once again got in line. I told her I’m missing my $3 still and they got my order wrong once again the lady was like “ you need to shut the door on that one and move on!” Never once have I been treated this was and I work retail and never would talk to a customer in this way! I tried to contact taco bell Corprate through calling and emailing and not one response!

After standing in the lobby for 10 minutes, all customers in front of me were catered to and as soon as I step up to the register the worker walked away to work the drive thru. After standing there like I said for near 10 minutes finally a worker from the back comes up and tells me to order on the kiosk. Which I have no problem doing but you really just catered to everyone in front of me but now it’s my turn I have to use a kiosk that doesn’t allow you to change anything on your order. Not to mention the line worker on her phone WITH her gloves on

Consistently everytime I come here they get something wrong. They either forget a whole taco, my drink, or just give me the wrong order everytime. I’m writing this review on my lunch break as I sit in front of the completely wrong order. I asked for three hard shell tacos no lettuce add sour cream and nacho cheese sauce do you know what I get? Five burritos. Like bruh wth how you get that wrong? Idk man eat here at your own discretion.

This location is not the one to go to. The cleanness of it is terrible, the employees move with absolutely no intensity or care about their work. It took my 20 minutes to get 6 tacos and 2 drinks without a single word or smile from an employee. Food was hardly over room temperature too.

The food was good. And I appreciate the notice on the counter letting customers know to please use the kiosk. I know that it is because places are short staffed and I don’t want to take the employees away from making the food and drive thru. There was a customer who saw the sign and still waited for someone to take her order then she was inconsiderate while the cashier was taking her order by being on her phone. I have to give props the the employee for keeping her patience. Great job

The worst designed parking lot / drive thru. Drive thru blocks people into the parking lot. This location also charges extra for fresco. I have to pay extra for tomatoes if I remove cheese and sour cream?They literally screwed up every single item on my order adding cheese and sour cream. My first order was cancelled and it took 45 minutes to get my food. The worst service ever. Go somewhere else to save the hassle.
