This place must be going bankrupt or something, I order the sauce I want with my food, then it’s not anywhere in the bag. I ask for it at the window, then both lady’s including the manager want to have an attitude and charge me $75c, only for finally the manager to come and tell me all of the sauces are inside of my chicken strip basket container? Are you running out of bags or something? And why do I want all of the sauces directly on top of my food? This place is full of it for real I wouldn’t go here again if you payed me.

I have been in town for 30 days and they somehow have not been able to complete my order a single time, I was given a $15 card to use and when I tried to use it 2 weeks ago the ice cream machine was down. I tried again earlier this week and today and I was told they no longer do chocolate ice cream. The building was very dirty when I went in to order at the counter and the two times I did the drive through it took them quite some time to respond to me and a staff member repeatedly walk in front of my moving car. I’m using up the $15 if I can but if not oh well cause this place is awful

Be cautious about ordering cakes here. Ordered online two days ago for a birthday. Got my confirmation email. Showed up for it today. They didn’t have it. Claimed something to do with their manager was the reason. They had one pre made cake they offered. Wasn’t the same kind I ordered but I agreed and asked for a discount. Ultimately I decided not to get the premade cake because they offered to take $2 off the cake. If you order online your confirmation means nothing. You could end up with no cake for your party or not the cake you want but still have to pay ful price for it. My name, phone number, and email were all on my order. I never received any call or email saying they couldn’t fulfill it. They were apologetic but unhelpful. Also told me I was the second person today who showed up for an order with a confirmation and didn’t have their order.

Stopped in to let my friend go in. He asked for a Misty Slush and she gave him a freeze (which was more) He told her he wanted the slush and she copped an attitude and said , “They are the same thing.” He didn’t want to cause a scene, so he just took it. She charged him 4.99 when what he wanted was 2.99. You guys need new staff. Not the first time the staff has been rude to customers.

Well the place looked absolutely beautiful. I love the layout and the decor. The lettuce was kinda wilty on my sandwich and didn’t taste the best. I wanted mayonnaise in a cup and they insisted I take a packet of Heinz mayo. I wanted the kind of mayo they use on sandwiches. It is different. The staff were mostly teens. They seems liked they couldn’t care less about customer service. They take the order and if asked a question usually they don’t know. And lastly there are two wifi signals. One is DQ manager and the other is DQ Public. I asked about the public signal and they said I couldn’t connect to the public signal. They could at least rename it DQ Employees. I needed a wifi signal. Paid ten dollars for a burger fries and drink. Yet they can’t afford to let me get on their public wifi. Lame is all. But the owners are excellent. I know they weren’t there tonight. The kid show on Sunday. Fries were super delicious on the other hand.

We stopped to get dinner and the food was so hot, fresh and good. It was so much better than the past. We got 2 of the signature burgers and they was on point. I was sure to let the cook know he did and great job as I was leaving. Hopefully he stays here and doesnt leave.

We came in to celebrate our sons birthday (he chose DQ) and we ordered two number nines and a kids meal. There is no ice in the building. We were unaware and when we asked they rudely told us we don’t need ice bc their drinks are already cold. Wow. Next we sat down to a dark dining area due to bulbs blown throughout. Flies were swarming the entire dining area as well as the register area. We swatted flies along with three other families who quickly left. There was a young girl with a headset on paced the dining area taking pics out the window and trying to take window orders (from the dining area where families were trying to eat/fight flies). As we asked where the fries and drinks were that goes with our two number nine combos the girl pacing with headphones jumps into the conversation and begins calling out for a manager accusing me and my husband of being rude. Neither of us were anything other than calm and respectful. When the manager came to help the boy at the register she apologized for what the headset girl ranted over. From this bring our first experience here we’ll never be back to this location. I sure hope the local health dept cleans this place up
