We have a unique order because we have to order our pizza with no cheese, but they consistently get it right everytime which doesn’t happen in a lot of other places so we are thankful for that! Anytime in Clemson we usually pick up Papa John’s, but we really miss the Seneca location!!

My experience at Papa Johns was not a pleasant one. After my 30 minute drive back home I noticed my pizza was COLD, I called and Man named Nick McAbee was very rude and inconsiderate saying that the cold pizza “sounded like a you problem”. Very disappointed.

Called the store to report that my order was incorrect when it was delivered, and asked the manager to pay closer attention to the orders going out. Was yelled at by the manager for “making a mistake” when I ordered online, told to never order from the store again, and then hung up on. Highly, highly dissatisfied with the level of customer service. Also, the food was cold.

More often than not this location only offers delivery and not carry out. Tonight I went to order on their App at 8:45 and it said the location was closed. I called and they explained that they are only doing delivery the rest of the night. That’s great if you live in their delivery zone (I do not) and you want to pay extra for delivery. They have a pick-up window, I cannot understand how limiting orders to delivery only helps their business. Oh well, we’ll try one of the other dozen pizza places instead.

They shut their system down so that you cannot order online and then charge you way more to call and place your order. And then when you call and ask the manager he freely admits he does it and says he doesn’t care about the business or you having to pay more for your pizza. Go figure. They will never get my business again.
