First walk in and all the tables were either dirty or messy with trash, then stood there for at least 7 minutes, I was able to place an order with the kiosk but my friend wasn’t. I couldn’t pay at kiosk so stood at counter. No one even acknowledged us, were actually talking and having a good time in the back and still acknowledgment. I even spoke up to let them know we were there and they looked the other way.

Food was good, the wait wasn’t long, and I got my requested condiments, but the customer service was awful. The 2 employees I encountered clearly didn’t want to be there. I placed a mobile order, which showed in the app that it had been paid for, but at the drive-through speaker when I gave my code, the person at the speaker told me in a flat, bored tone “it says it can’t be processed”. I guess it was up to me to figure what that meant and what I was supposed to do. So I just placed an order with her (losing my discount I had from the original order), but my card has a pending charge, so I’ll be keeping an eye on that. The person at the speaker was also at the first window, and of course her attitude did not improve in the time it took me to get to the first window. I paid in cash and she handed me my change and said nothing and turned away. At the second window I asked the guy politely for specific condiments, to which he responded with a very slight nod while turning away to make other drinks, like I had inconvenienced him. After a few moments he handed me my food, and also turned away without a word. Is it that hard to say “thanks”?

Milkshake machine has been broken down for over a week. THIS is UNacceptable. You are freaking McDonald’s and you can’t get your shake machine fixed within a week, totally sad. And this survey all of your other questions are mute point. Because we left and didn’t spend a penny and went somewhere else. That actually had guess what???? Milkshakes.

Terrible McDonald’s. My order was a simple BigMac but the fries and drink took forever to receive. As if that wasn’t enough the BigMac was not a typical BigMac, the meat and bun placement were not how it shows it on the app. I could hear the manager shouting in the kitchen to all the employees. Overall it was a horrible experience and the staff definitely needs proper training.

Placed a mobile order for this McDonald’s. Came through the drive-through and the app crashed not showing my order. I explained the situation Samantha came to the window and said no problem sir I will help you and take care of it. She apologized and had my food there immediately. What a great job Samantha did.

Got a Quarter pounder here yesterday and had added tomato, lettuce and onions with it (pickles were already included) and no cheese, received a regular quarter pounder with pickles and 3 flimsy little onion slices that were no bigger than a thumb and they added cheese. Had a Mango pineapple smoothie as well (note that the whole order was a medium) and the cup was a medium but the portion was a small. To top it off, the drink was just watered down pineapple. No care in mixture at all. Fries were given as a small as well. 2nd time this happened and I dont see this being fixed anytime soon if they cant make a simple order correct.

This location use to be really good. Last year or so just gone downhill.. This Mcdonalds WILL NOT get your order right. They hardly speak English. And don’t care when it’s wrong. I tried many times and always the same. AVOID
