I stopped at the dunking donuts at 1051 rt 3 in gambrillia md at 6:45, the sign on door says open till 10, and people were inside but all doors were locked and not a single person even look at us much less open the door or explain why they are closed 3 hours before they’d re supposed to!

Worst experience ever. The workers hardly speak or understand English. I placed the order after so many times explaining to add two orders of bagel bites with a dozen donuts. I paid $31.70 and I checked the receipt and found out she charged me for the wrong items. After she did the return I asked for the receipt back for work. She couldn’t find the receipt so I asked her to reprint another. It took about 40 minutes to try to find the transaction but she couldn’t find it. Another employee Doug the receipt out of the trash and gave it to me. I was so disgusted with the situation and asked her to print a new one but she refused. I asked her to replace my coffee so it got too cold waiting for her to find the receipt on the POS but she refused. Such a bad customer service. I guess they don’t care because they know that customers will always come because of their. I am very disappointed

If you get here after 7am, plan for a long wait. I’m not sure why it takes them so long to make a coffee or grab a couple donuts and put them in a box. Don’t go inside. It’s even worse.

I used the app to place an order for 4 different donuts. When I got home to check my bag, I had 4 of the exact same donut. The donuts were not even very good. They were the kind with filling in them, and maybe 1/8 of the doughnut was filled. Not going back here again.

wish i could give this place 0 stars. worst dunkin in crofton. staff is mad dismissive and plain rude. it is the same staff all the time. according to them they “didn’t get” my doordash pick up order (for myself), though clearly on my phone i showed them i am in fact at the *right* dunkin donuts, i had *paid* for the food, and the *store confirmed it on doordash*. clear as day right there on my screen. casually turned away and went about working while i stood confused, i was told to just call doordash (with incredible disrespect as if it was my fault), nothing else. thanks dunkin!!!! i didnt have breakfast this morning!!! and you made me late for work <3 instead of listening to music this morning at work, i listened to the sounds of my stomach growling for hours til lunch! new favorite song, appreciate it ;)
