Our FAVORITE fine dining experience! Steak, salmon, soups, and shrimp are all exquisite. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is great. Lobster bisque is my favorite (though it is VERY rich!), and the shrimp cocktail is huge. Absolutely 5/5!

Nice ambiance. The lighted menus really add a nice touch. They were very busy and out of the escargot. Reservations are a must. Felt a little rushed. And wasn’t even told the outage and was brought calamari instead. We declined and they removed it. The food was good. Really liked the bus boy.

Everything was spot on. The food was absolutely delicious. Dessert was amazing! We got the prime rib with shrimp. Our son got the chicken parm. We then got the lava cake with ice cream. Beautifully decorated. The price was worth every penny. Our waitress was a dream. It’s hard finding excellent customer service and satisfaction but not here.

This hidden gem deserves applause. My wife and I arrived 15 minutes before closing, and we’re given 5 star service as if we had reservations at 6. The food was so delicious. Crab cocktail was my favorite and why we went. Its accompaniments make it so delightful. In and out of the cocktail glass. The oysters were not as healthy as I hoped but passed the test. I live at the beach, so I’m spoiled with access to really fresh shells. Just seemed like they were shucked and stored cold. My wife had chicken parmesan that was even good cold later. Stupid casino has no microwave to reheat your leftovers. The biggest mention is the service. The team at the bar gave us their all right to the end of our dinner. Thank you, Katherine’s staff, for that small shred of sanity this week.

Was in on a Sat night, the service from the bus person was amazing, very attentive and never had to ask for a refill, He was on it. Our server on the other hand came took our order and never kept us informed about our food order (it took way too long to arrive) and we never got an explanation or update 🙁 Now onto the food. I first ordered the lobster bisque and it was very flavorful and rich , so no complains there . Next ordered 8 oz fillet with the jumbo grilled shrimp. The shrimp were delicious but the fillet was not. The texture of the fillet was a bit tough, hard to cut through. My husband ordered the prime rib with a side of mashed potatoes and he said it was good.

We used to come here regularly from Vegas, for a weekend trip. Katherine’s has always been a must for at least one dinner in Mesquite. We haven’t been up here for many many many years and not only are they still perfect, but it’s even better than we remember. Always the best waiters and bussers who are polite and attentive.

I would like to leave a good review as the food was great and our waiter service too. But I want, if possible, to draw the attention of management to the idiotic booking system and the rude attitude of the manager towards customers. Today my husband and I were in the restaurant together and we liked it so much that the next day we wanted to book a table for our whole family. The waiter said we can do it without any problems at the exit of the restaurant. However, the manager girl in a rather rude manner told us that all the tables were booked for tomorrow. Surprisingly, today I barely managed to book a table for two. We thought all the tables would be occupied. However, we arrived at 8 pm and left at almost 11 pm and HALF of the tables in the restaurant were empty. When I told the manager about this, she could not clearly explain why this was happening. She was not at all interested in helping us solve the problem, she simply coldly said that there were no seats and rudely slammed the tablet. Thus ruined our whole experience of visiting the restaurant.

Great experience. Prime rib was delicious. Setting is dark romantic steakhouse. Sam the server and busser were right on it the whole time. Being in a casino it has some rough edges, but overall I truly enjoyed it. The wine is SO CHEAP. 2019 Quintessa for $165?!?! I thought it was too good to be true. But sure enough. A 100 point wine under retail. I’ll be back just for that. But overall the dinner was great and I’ll be back for sure.
