They like to play this game where they are cleaning the frappe machine during 7am breakfast rush. Always a 50/50 chance if I can get a frappe or not. Very annoying. It makes me not want to go there at all. It’s a joke on the customers to decrease ticket times, just like being asked to pull up so you don’t sit at the window. Clean up your processes and don’t just pass them on to the people that pay your bills.

I ordered a triple cheeseburger which consists of three meats they gave me 2 meats and when I went back to tell them they messed up the young cashier tells me that is a triple cheeseburger it’s just in a double cheeseburger wrap really she probably don’t know how to count poor thing.
