I hate to be leaving such a low review because I have had great experiences in the past at this location; however, when I ordered a burrito today I was not told they had no black beans. Instead I was simply not offered beans, and when I asked about it, I was told they ran out and didn’t know when the manager would return with more. I should have just left but instead my husband asked if we could get any kind of discount since beans are a pretty important part of a burrito. They said no they couldn’t do that and we still ended up paying 10 dollars a burrito.

4 different visits over 2 months they have not had menu items that i ordered. On one occasion the chips were stale. This is the worst location I been to. The parking lot has lighting but at night the parking lot is not lit, and the sign isn’t on, so it looks closed and uninviting.

Place was out of black beans and didnt mention it until the started making it. They must have been running low on rice too because they hardly added any. By the time the burrito was made I had second thoughts about paying full price, especially since black beans are main ingredient. I asked for a discount, even 5%, a free drink, literally any acknowledgment would have been nice.

Okay I got there a little more then 2hrs before they close. Yet, they have no chicken ready and proceed to tell me and about 5 others to wait. Then when I get to the counter I am told no veggies available to even heat up. I was going to get the new chicken but did not see it at the counter yet and with lack of veggies they would probably have been out of that sauce. There were about 7 people behind the counter so how on earth they are not prepping I have no clue. I will give it another chance, but common I will willingly drive the distance to the one on 221.

i do not understand why it’s so hard for Lynchburg to get chipotle right but every location apart from old forest road is an EPIC fail. the rice was not cooked in any of our meals. ZERO MEAT. the burritos were more soup than anything and i’m not sure when chipotle started to skimp on meals but my burrito was NO $10 BURRITO! chiptole then messaged me and told me they applied a BOGO burrito offer FOR MY TROUBLE to my account BUT THEY NEVER ACTUALLY DID IT!! SAVE YOUR MONEY! shop any other mexican food you can find in the 24502

Location is very nice, recommended for eating in or ordering in person for best results. Never had a problem when ordering in person and food always fresh. Staff is very nice. We come here at least once a week. Way better than the old forest location.

Very attentive personnel . Fast service . The employees are gracious and fast . I tried to new Chicken Al Pastor. I asked for seconds it was so good . It is in a great location . They have a kids meal that is so cute it keeps the hot fixings hot and the cold fixings cold . . I even got a beer .. a nice cold beer

I’ve gone here ever since it opened pretty consistently since the quality seemed better than the others in town and the service was good. I only recently discovered a health condition that restricts my diet and this mistake they made could have put me in the hospital if I didn’t check. This is my one singular issue as a customer who recommends this location – I recently ordered a bowl with chicken and when I opened it I noticed some meat that was darker so I took it out to ask a friend and they confirmed it was both a piece of “steak and pork”. I know most people are excited to get the more expenses meat for free and a while back I wouldn’t have cared. But I have a disorder that causes life threatening reactions to red meat and pork at times and I checked throughly since I didn’t want to risk it and I’m so glad I did. I guess I’m disappointed because I have worked in food service and expected better handling of the orders and know that it’s a general standard to not cross contaminate poultry and red meat and others cooked or not unless it’s specially order to be half and half etc. So please be careful I’m only writing this because someone else with a meat allergy might have this issue and accidentally consume something dangerous. (Also if you’re reading this and have the same health issue or a similar one, this is a reminder to double check EVERYTHING before you eat it! Please be safe!)
