I really never thought that a Dunkin can get progressively worse with each visit, but this location is really horrible. Staff is rude, they don’t make anything correctly even when they try. How do you mess up a baconeggandcheese…………there’s no eggs in my sandwich ‼️ strawberry dragon lemonade refresher taste like water lemonade at best, water at a consistent basis. 0 out 5 stars if the option was there!

The lady was really rude, When I was ordering my food, she left and returned, more than 5 minutes to order a latte and a bacon egg and cheese and the worst thing is that I was the only one in the place, very bad attention from that woman. She ended up leaving me because she went into the kitchen and didn’t even let me finish my order. I went today Tuesday August 8 at 11:20. Don’t go while shes there.

Maybe management so do a self check and look at the reviews. I have been coming to this location ever since it opened and won’t be coming back. Over the past couple of weeks the customer service is terrible and the employees just don’t seem to care. Just this morning 7/4 I was charge $12 for an ice coffee and a muffin. Mistakes happen, no problem but the cashier didn’t apologize or recognize her mistake,I had to carry the conversation, terrible. I won’t get into the quality of food because that seems to be a standard for all Dunkin donuts, it is what it is. I hope they make a change and realize the importance of good customer service.

I have been coming to this DD for 12 Years. I used to love coming in and the attendant knew what I liked. Then I moved to the online for efficiency to my morning. The new management is terrible. There is no need for me to wait 10-20 minutes for my order when I placed it on line 10 minutes before pick up. They are rude and the place is dirty.

I asked for a cup with some ice, I just bought a bottle of soda. The staff said one dollar, I had bought coffee for the guys and donuts. I said you must be kidding, the woman behind the counter said this came from her boss. I said fine, I will drink the warm soda. So folks a word to the wise. Manager was very very unpleasant had a very angry look and could not hear what she was saying to me hard to understand accent, then I realized she was asking if I wanted a bag for the donuts I said do you have a box she said no so then why are you asking me if I want a bag am I supposed to carry out 6 donuts in my hands? She was so nasty and rude that I took my coffee and donuts and quickly left and forgot to wait for my Bacon egg and cheese croissants I looked up the store when I got home so I could call because I paid for the sandwiches but the number on the web site for this store does not work it says the number is out of order and it is to far to drive back today so I HOPE the manager remembers or believes me what happened so I can get my money back or new sandwiches when I do go back that way ….She was very unpleasant and rude like she hates having customers and I have no way of getting a new number to call store ….

The morning manager who is a woman and is there through the weekdays is extremely rude and unprofessional. Never really say much to her but my order was incorrect one day and I explained to her that I did not order my coffee this way. She refused to look at my order on the app and told me that’s what the receipt says so that’s what I get. I literally was talking to the wall when another employee was kind enough to give me what I ordered. The fact that she holds the title of a manager is disgusting cause she has no social skills what so ever. She’s a miserable woman who needs to get another job if she’s so unhappy.
