Leaving 1 star for Michael the manager. First of all, I was missing fries so I drove back from my house, but I also came back to request for them to add more mash potatoes to both of my famous bowls because it seemed like I ordered 60% gravy and 40% mash potatoes.. look at the attached pictures . I was so kind 🙁 and at first the white ladies was offering to fix it for us but the manager Michael told her no so she changed her mind and said “that’s how they come” and I didn’t want to start a dispute so I told her “I’m sorry I don’t usually complain but can you at least add more mash?” then she brought out Manager Michael and he told me “that’s how they come 3 scoops of gravy next time ask for light gravy” so I said “then can you just fix it?” And he said “‘no” and I said “can I just get a refund then?” And he said “no”. And slammed the window on me. I don’t know what warrants that kind of response, especially as a manager that is so rude and unprofessional. I have worked fast food before so I know that customers can be a pain but I was being so kind and understanding. I walked inside the store with my mother, she tried to speak to him kindly which he REFUSED to even look at the food he provided us, he just kept saying “no” to any request for a refund or remake of items. Thankfully we noticed a lady name Rebecca, who was just clocking in – we told her about the situation and she told us she would remake it for us . She told us this without even looking at the food! That’s a great worker right there. We showed her the food and she immediately agreed that was unacceptable. She deserves to be the manager, not him! Thank you to Rebecca , she’s a team player because she deescalated the situation for her coworkers as well as she’s a great worker because she cares about the customers. I wasn’t able to get a refund but at least Rebecca was there to save the day.

First picture is how I received my food. It was drenched of gravy and also they used KFC nuggets. Don’t the bowls come with pop corn chicken? It’s a shame but I had to beg for a change because the manager Michael, kept telling me no . It’s unfortunate because I asked super kindly . I work at an office so trust me I don’t get “ghetto”. I could’ve been rude , but I dont want to make someone’s day worse. The Hispanic worker Rebecca, listened, and she offered to fix it for us. Now this is the KFC bowl that is promoted on their website. I was contemplating to call corporate but Rebecca made me have a change of heart. But I genuinely hope the GM here takes away Michaels position, or takes him through training again. Because I understand companies not issuing refunds , but in this case it was 100% reasonable especially because I had to even drive back for missing items lol .

I rarely leave bad reviews, but I am compelled to express my growing disappointment. This is my neighborhood KFC and I have watched it’s dramatic decline over the past 7 years. Rarely, today is no exception, there’s an issue, from no chicken to only card payments, and most of all, incorrect orders. The people are nice enough, but the attention to detail is just not there. Well, this is the last time I pay $15 for the wrong order, it’s just not worth driving back to correct or the long wait time. Based on previous reviews I doubt management cares. I recommend you start because Chick-fil-A is just a minute away and their success model is based on good food, accuracy, and customer service. Just something to think about, KFC. Please do better, your community deserves better.

I went to get wings, but they were out again and might not be selling wings again. I got the 3 piece: first it didn’t smell good, the leg was undercooked and the thighs , I don’t eat. The only good thing was fries and dry biscuits. $12 to the dogs.

My boyfriend found a piece of hair in his food and the lady said everyone’s hair is up and nobody has black hair like for real so rude he asked for something different she said no she would give him another bowl but he didn’t have an appetite for that anymore who would ???? And they also no longer give you a cookie with the bowl and it’s more than it was before when it was 5$ it came with a cookie now it’s 7 something and no cookie really disappointed.

I ordered the family fill up and a wrap. The wrap was rubbery and had nothing but a tortilla and the chicken( no sauce even). The chicken coating was soggy and falling off the chicken. We were also missing a side. I tried to call multiple times, but nobody answers. I think they don’t answer so they don’t have to deal with the complaints. I am very frustrated with my experience there.

We were suppose to dine in but they had no plates and the manager didn’t care to help us. We are not from town and wanted to eat there. She wouldn’t give us a refund. The worker in the back cooking was complaining out loud about the customers. I asked for dark meat and she gave me all breast! Which she did end up giving me dark meat.
