I have been going to this same location for the last few years I always call around 8:30 to order a hot sub last Sunday I called the store at 8:28 pm to place a order I was told we do not accept phone orders after 8:15pm which I know is not true because I order it always at that time , so I arrived at the store at 8:38pm after I called once I arrived to order a hot sub I was told unfortunately we already cleaned the grill so we can’t make that if the store closes at 9pm why can’t I order a hot sub???? it was not 9pm the store was still open this is not ok , this was on Father’s Day last Sunday . I will contact corporate with this matter.

Just ordered a chicken Philly the cheese wasn’t melted at all as you can see from the pic. Then they threw ice cold peppers on top of it. Sent me the wrong drink. Half the cheese didn’t eve make it on the sub. This why restaurants workers don’t deserve 15 bucks an hour . Complete and total failure which is pretty common everywhere you go these days. How bout you check your employees orders before they send them out. Thanks for nothing

Shout out to the girl working the morning of 9/17/22. She gave me a paper mask because the guy next door is a d**k and still requires masks even just to step foot inside and drop off a FedEx envelope. I love Jersey Mikes, but this was just another reason. Thank you for saving the day.

Total Quality Service!! Mauri (pardon any misspell of name) prepared the best Philly Cheese Steak for my lunch!!! Aaah!! Hot , cheesy and veggies were all on point. Following next the cashier Mari ( again pardon any misspell in the name) has the greatest disposition. She was kind , polite and patient. Card machine had a slight hiccup. She was calm, cool and very knowledgeable in resolving. Both carried a smile while serving. All in all Total Quality Service and great food. Take a Bow! Well ✔️ done.

One of the best subs around. One in our group had a legit gluten allergy. The staff didn’t hesitate to wipe down the slicer, change gloves twice, and make one sub on gluten free bread at a totally separate station. Awesome service.

Was just (2) 13″ bread subs. Ordered extra cheese but didn’t get it. Hardly got any meat. Was not worth the high price. Lady was too busy micro managing to do her job or let anyone else do theirs. Quite a disappointment.

The most DISGUSTING restaurant I have ever been to. Came in with family on a Saturday afternoon around lunchtime, and yes the place was busy, but it was also absolutely filthy! Every single unoccupied table was dirty and had spills on them. The floors were even worse! It looked like nobody had swept the floors in years. Worst of all, in the meat case where they display the meats you can get, there was a dirty rag sitting on the same shelf as the meat, AND there was different kinds of OPENED and sliced meats laying on top of each other. And to top it all off, they made my sandwich wrong.
