I ordered delivery, my delivery was supposed to arrive by 7:30p.m. At 7:50 I call and was informed it’ll be there soon. Then at 8p.m. I call again, the lady on the phone was nice but couldn’t really give me answer other than blaming it on their shortage of drivers and them having to use a door dash driver, she offered to remake my pizza, and waive the delivery fee. I accepted. 8:15 comes around I call her back and inform her that I will pick it up because it’s late and my kids need to get to bed for school. I pick up my pizza at 8:30pm, system is frozen, line was held up. Finally I just cut the line (which I never do but at this point I’m over it) no bags for my drinks and sides, and I STILL had to pay? I am not happy about that. I feel like I should NOT have to pay. Or at least get a credit on my account, I’m very upset. It was a disaster. My son loves Pizza Hut, so I’m sure I’ll be back to order being that this is Port St Lucie and we literally only have two actual Pizza huts that are not located in a Target… but I will never choose delivery ever again.

The assistant manager charged my card twice when I called to let him know about it he argued became very disrespectful on the phone I politely told him that I had 2 charges he kept talking over me being very arrogant constantly arguing and since he has no customer service or professionalism I told him fine and left it at that because he would not stop arguing I said this not how you treat a customer, I asked to speak to a supervisor he chuckles and says your speaking to him I’m the assistant manager I guess anyone can be a manager or they are really desperate for help I get it it is very hard to find good employees today in the food industry they just don’t care today it’s sad because no manager behaves the way he does, then since 45 mins had passed I called back to see if the pizza was in route and he said since I said he was arguing with me he said he canceled the order and I said agh and you were not going to tell us so out of spite he cancels doesn’t tell us very Immature he laughed and said now you got charged twice and have no pizza.and hangs up the phone. The world doesn’t shock me anymore how low and bitter and individuals that don’t care about customers I feel sorry for that young man because his poor behavior he thinks he hurt us with not sending a pizza. I will be calling corporate I hope it’s true that they record their calls.

Twice I’ve ordered online. 1st time I paid with a card…. Pizza took over an hour. 2nd time was today. I ordered thru THE PIZZA HUT APP, somehow it was delivered by door dash an hour later. I tried to call to find out why…. Was put on hold for over 5 minutes. Hung up. Unreal! I don’t want a second ‘party’ handling me food especially when it’s not sealed! If I would have know doordash was going to deliver it… I would not have ordered.

The staff was very friendly and kind and the pizza was delicious he best I had had in a long time the staff that was on duty that day I went knows how to make pizza if I had to grade it it would be an A+ or a five star rating that you and please keep up the great work guys

Delivery was fast that’s about it. The pizza was hard as a rock and flat like a card board frozen pizza, i almost broke a tooth and the boneless wings weren’t even tossed in the sauce it was just sitting in it very weird and mostly just breading hardly any chicken, i wouldn’t order here ever again personally really sucks i spent money for trash

I asked for the parm garlic sauce as red gives me heart burn and they gave me red sauce instead. I got this as pick up on my way to work so you can imagine my disappointment . I didn’t have time to ask them to remake it as I had to get to work. Im dinnerless now. I really wanted to try the garlic sauce too. DoorDash gave me 2.50 cents back on a 8.28$ order that I couldn’t even eat. I wish I could give 0 stars to a place you wouldn’t even know it’s there. No signs on the road.

When I first placed my order online, I saw I was charged twice. They eventually reversed the charges. I placed an order at 6:10, and finally received my order after 8. I understand it’s a Friday night which means they are busy. But I called at 7:15 and the gentleman told me 45 more minutes because they were busy and under staffed. An hour later I called and he said my order would be here shortly. He did arrive. Not hot, barely warm, pizza slightly burnt, breadsticks luke warm. I paid $41 for my order which includes $4 for delivery charges, which to me takes away from the tip for the drivers.

Pizza was baked exactly how I requested, and the order was not only delivered promptly, it was piping hot when it arrived at my doorstep. Well done Pizza Hut, and I will definitely order again from this store.

These are literally the most undercooked horrible looking pizzas I’ve ever received. I can’t believe the manager let this order go out the door like this. Ordered the Detroit double pepperoni and it’s missing the cupped pepperoni, oh and the cheese. Yep no cheese on this pizza except a thin layer right in the middle. Have you seen the picture of the Detroit pizza? I will add here as a comparison. Also our second pizza was supposed to be a large pan with the white sauce and we got a medium hand tossed instead. To top all that off missing the garlic and parmesan boneless wings and cookie, luckily they also didn’t charge my card even tho I ordered them. Still lame tho. They could have called and offered an alternative or something. We have been trying to call the store for over an hour since we got the food delivered. It’s inedible as it is and I want it replaced. Unfortunately no one will pick up the phone. They just pick up and hang up or ignore it til it rings to a fax line. The receipt doesn’t even show the address or phone number where it came from. Fortunately we always get it from the location that is closet for years. How shady has pizza hut become, so disappointed. My son is about to drive up there to personally return the horrible food they sent us because they can’t bother to answer the phone. This is not the customer service I’ve been used to with Pizza Hut, a definite and steep fall from previous experiences. The delicious looking Detroit style pizza below is the one they are using on the menu.

Nice to know that you’re charming employees can have six people working and when a customer walks in the door, to walk in the back, and the rest look at each other as if I’m not there. No greeting… I have to ask them can I pick up my pizza, which results in them all laughing. Everyone was standing their looking at their phone… Wow. Pathetic. Won’t be back.
