Unfortunately you will get denied if you ask for a pup cup. The owner is not a big fan of our four legged friends. The fair lakes location loves puppies and asks if we’d like pup cups, so check them out if you want your pup to have a sweet treat!

Poor customer service. I witnessed an incident where a gentleman who may be delivering for a third party app came in and asked if an order was ready for a pickup. A female assistant manager replied, let me check for you. She continued preparing orders for their drivers and after she finished, she walked to another order display screen and printed the order. She came back to the gentleman and told, we just received it, it will be ready 5 minutes. I’m sure, she just printed the order but received at least before his arrival. He waited and waited and left without the order. He said something thing to the assistant manager but couldn’t hear it. He waited approximately 25 minutes if not more. We ordered our food, ate it and left 30 minutes later.

Rating in the context that this is a chick-fil-a and you get what you would expect. Chicken sandwiches fast. I usually order using the app and then pick it up , they have never gotten my order wrong and the store operator gives rewards for repeat customers. Never had a bad experience.

8/4/23: Great experience in every way. First went to Glory Days across the parking lot and couldn’t get anyone to wait on me so went to CFA in the same location at North Point and everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) was on point. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, everyone was so pleasant and welcoming and the food was fresh and hot. When I was done a kind worker came and took my tray away not to mention he opened the door for me as he was coming into the restaurant and as I was leaving another male employeee held the door open for me as I was leaving (he was coming in but stood aside to let me leave). I don’t know where CFA finds such stellar employees but they’re FAR and AWAY of a much higher caliber than most other restaurants (or businesses) than anywhere I’ve been in recent memory. A true pleasure to give my business to this restaurant/location.

This is an exceptional CFA. The team is managed well and that keep the orders moving. The inside is well kept and there is a nice little playground. The drive through is quick! And the delivery is fast! I highly recommend.

Called about our to-go order once we got home as 3 of 4 meals were wrong and the fourth sandwich was actually completely missing. We frequent this location, but won’t any longer due to how this was handled after I called to express my disappointment. The manager told me she remembered bagging our specific order nearly an hour prior and didn’t believe me. She said she’d check the video which I encouraged her to do. I wasn’t looking for a full refund, just something to rectify the situation. She said she wasn’t going to lose money on the $45 bill, but sadly now she has lost a regular customer.

A really nice location! It’s a bit smaller than some of the other franchise locations, but it has nice, slightly trendy, cozy vibe. It’s very clean, has decent sized children’s play area and is more inviting than others for dining in. All with the same Chick-fil-A quality that you might expect.
