Can’t give zero stars, so have to settle for one. I ordered a Little John Combo #4 and added cheese. Total bill was $9.65. My sub included one piece of turkey and one piece of cheese and was supposed to include mayo (it didn’t). No thanks Jimmy John’s, will NEVER go back. Plenty of other choices locally (one just a few doors down too).

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER . General manager is trash. Went into this place havin the best day and left havin the worst. Me and my fiancé were spoken too like the worst people in the world because you used JIMMY JOHNS APP to place a free reward . We were told he canceled our orders with no reasoning but “yeah that was me” and when I asked for someone higher to speak to, he laughed and said he was the general manager . As my fiancé was upset, she told him we would head somewhere else as we left and his response to us was a laugh and a “have a good day though” . Please people, if you want to be treated like a HUMAN being and know your gonna get the food PROMISED to you on the app , don’t come to this location…

I placed a order for deliver and waited over an hour and a half. After and hour and a half went by I called the store and was told it would be another 30 minutes before I could get my food. So I requested a refund. I really wanted jimmy John so I went to the store to place the same exact order. I even let them know I was the person on the phone and wanted the same exact sandwich I placed the online order for. After some confusion on their part they finally understood I wanted the same exact sandwich I order online for delivery. They proceeded to tell me that they only had three people working (two in store and one driver). I can understand being short staffed. I was not rude or confrontational in anyway with the store staff over the phone or in person. I really enjoy the taste of Jimmy John’s subs, I enjoy it so much that I still chose to get my sub from there when they have a Jersey Mike’s in the same parking lot. My experience today has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth about Jimmy John’s customer service. I wanted to leave this leave this review on telljj.com however the website was/is down.

This location is really busy when you place orders for delivery around lunch on weekdays (12-1:30). I’m assuming because of all the offices and hotels in the area which, obviously the store has zero control over but does affect delivery times. The GM, Dallas, is great and has awesome customer service. I’ve never had a bad experience with any of the drivers or had food I was disappointed with delivered to me.

This place used to be a good store. Last three times I ordered from jere the sandwiches were short on meats. Ordered a #7, double salami and double capicola. No salami and single capicola. Last time ordering from here.
