I went here with a friend because I heard it was a good restaurant from a lot of recommenders online, and I’m a vegetarian. The restaurant itself is pretty small (and so were the tables) but nothing unmanageable. While there was some ambiance (a few mirrors, christmas lights, some paintings, and a colored glow), it didn’t really yell to me one specific theme.

I love this place! My husband and I drive from Greensboro to RDU often so we schedule flights in the afternoon so we can have lunch at Sage on the way to the airport. We have tried several things from the menu and all have been great. I love the food so much I bought the cookbook! We enjoy the outdoor seating when the weather is nice too. The flowers and plants are so lovely. Go, even if you aren’t vegetarian (we aren’t). You won’t regret it!

This is not only a great vegetarian cafe, this is one of the best restaurants if you really want great food! I have been a customer here for many years and when I am in town this is the first place I go. Ray and Connie make this place even better with their impeccable service and phenomenal cooking skills . If you are near Durham, Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, this is close by and just delicious.
