If I could give this place a 0 star review I would.. I ordered a 15 pc chicken popper box and got maybe 5 large pieces and the rest were crumbs.. went back in to politely ask the reasoning and the supposed manager tried to say two tiny crumbs equalled one chicken popper.. i didnt want to argue because she was so rude about it. She seemed like the type to jump over the counter so I left. Don’t come here, save your time & money go to another location.

We never really had a problem with the food at this Papa John’s, been pretty good. However, we hadn’t ordered in a while, and my son offered to pay for the pizza tonight. The girl who took the order, who I don’t actually think worked at the actual place, was rude and trying to rush me. When I went to pay for the order unfortunately noticed the security code on the back of my son’s card was badly worn and I could not read it. I asked if we could pay for it when they delivered it and she said that option is not available. While I tried to figure out another option she hung up on me! She seriously needs some re-training in soft people skills. Needless to say, we ended up having to go out and pick up fast food. Not happy

I order from this location often and never have any issues. Usually have the same driver ..he does a good job. I got off of work tonight ordered my usual order …same address. Same phone number. The person who took my order …CHAN who is also the manager notified me my pizza would arrive in 30 minutes. I waited for a hour before calling and he then told me the driver came to my house ..called several times …also said he called my boyfriends number (who was not here at the time and also has no missed calls ). And I never received my pizza. I am very disappointed in my experience and will more than likely never order from there again. It’s one thing to mess up another , but another to continuously lie about contacting me or even coming to my house. The manager CHAN himself told me he called but he told me the wrong number ..and also never asked for my number to begin with.I asked what could be done to fix the problem and he told me he would replace the order and have it out in an hour …by then it would be 12am and I am not one to complain and ALWAYS tip my drivers good….but when asked for some type of compensation considering it was mistake on there befalf..he told me no because he called my number (which was incorrect) himself. I work in food myself …Terrible customer service.
